hi Guru man. there are RU-vidrs who just show that they are going to provide all the information regarding training however, in reality they don't. you are really taking good care of our full health and body. please be our health minister. from nutrition to full exercise. u r educating India about intakes. please make videos on diet plans for thyroid people.

More than 90% of the guys in my gym have excuses for their leg training.. # Legs? no i ain't do them... # Legs? no my legs are ok.. no need to train them.. # Legs? My height will remain short if i train legs.. # Legs? No man.. Our body looks nice with average looking lower half.. # Legs? I'll start very soon when my back will become stronger.. and the masterpiece.. # Yeah, yeah, yeah.. i train my legs weekly and today is the schedule but you know.. As i said first i like your video and then watches you're great right bro. I'm doing complete body exercise when i started and till now and i get results. My favourite exercise is squats and delts in which i fell more pain. Because no gain 😊
