Hi, with my e90 automatic, normal working temperature is 88-91c while car is going... when the car stops (working in neutral) temperature reaches 96-97c but not going over... is that normal?
Hi, did you use the old o-ring or did you purchase a new one? I didn't get one with the erg stat and mine leaked. I bought a new o-ring and made sure it was at the first grove, nice a snug. Seems good now. Although my temp still isn't getting up and I'm getting poor MPG might need to change the main thermostat. 530d touring.
Hi, I have a problem with temperature on my e90 320d automatic gb... My temperature (07-00 ktm-mom) does not go over 80c in city, and fall down to about 65c on open road... Today I have changed egr (small) thermostat and I have not solved the problem.. should I change the main thermostat or something else is the problem? Sorry for disturbing.
+Simon R Yes, I have replaced the main thermostat and solved the problem. And have another question for you. Should I remove dpf? Would mz consumption be lower or higher after dpf removal?
