🎉this is awesome. I just start reading a book titled Emotional Intelligence 2.0. I was telling a friend basketball players could really benefit from it.

Coach Taylor said that we need to act skillfully even when we are feeling bad or scared. But isn't that just running/hiding from our emotions? Shouldent we feel and take the emotion as it is?

No, emotions and actions are two different things. The goal is to be able to feel your emotions fully while doing what is needed (ie. taking the right action) no matter how you feel.

hey coach can u make a video about physical health? I’ve seen it’s not talked about much and affects a lot of people, I ut rain a lot outdoors as I dint have access to indoor courts and a result of that is I’ve been diagnosed with ptergiym which is a flesh growing into my eye which might make me lose vision, I know alot of people are going through health problems but don’t want to give up

Hi, that sounds like a very specific case which we're not specialized in, unfortunately. It would be best to stick with what your doctor has to say on that, specifically. Although I'm sure there's also plenty of informational content on RU-vid in regards to pterygium - Simon, Team DeepGame

@@DeepGameBasketball thank u but maybe a video on how to get back or keep thst mentality intact after a injury or health problem because after a while ur mind and game slightly weakens

@@hass8625 Unfortunately, I cannot promise that we make a video on this topic, but luckily, it's fairly simple. The key is to do what you can while you are injured, and then when you're recovering, to slowly ramp up the effort back to where it was before. So while you are injured or sick, you could work on a different aspect of your game, such as your DeepGame. Or maybe, you can safely do stationary ball handling every day. Just do something, even if you don't think it's very much. And when you start to get better, don't get back into 100% training right away. Increase it slowly in a way that is comfortable for you - Simon, Team DeepGame

Maybe conscider watching the 2 week break video, if you haven’t yet, cause it might be a good idea to take that too. For example, i just had my first one, and I fell really good.
