I am walking daily 1 hour at 5:00am in morning....by only morning walk i burn around 220 cals then again I walk during office lunch time and burn 100 cals there and post my office when I reach home I take 30-60 mins rest and go to the gym for weight training after weight training i return home have my dinner and protein and then again walk for 30-40 mins atleast....so by only walking daily I am burning around 350-400 cals daily and not to forget about cals that is burning after my weight training this is helping me alot and I have lost 1 kg in 8-9 days 😊

@@deshpande_guruji if you are doing daily strength training I would recommend you to find out your maintenance calorie intake and first start eating upto your maintenance once you are on your maintenance calorie for say more than 4-5 weeks you can start cutting calories maximum 200 cals in the beginning and no matter what happens never keep your cut more than 16 weeks

It's true, I ate at a caloric deficit of 500 cal and just walked on evening for a hour or 2, I went from 73.5 kg to 71.25 kg within a month, no gym, no workout, jist pure walking and streching, next goal 67 kg.

Ek cheez yaad rakhna guys jo thore 15 se 20 ki range ya even 21 try Karo ye sab mein thora late padhne ka looking lean and all that jitna protein kha sakte ho Khao and thora weight gain bhi karo toh chalega if you're not eating alot of sugar and mcdonald or jo bhi jada processed food hai woh sab avoid Karo and eat ghar ka food jada cause tumhara abhi growing period hai and you need the muscles and size for your proper growth but of course keep doing your excercise like running and strength training but abhi ke liye thora free raho thora late near 22 ya 23 chalu kar lo ye sab And agar kuch AAP isme bolna cahate to tell me @Pehle Health

@@PehleHealth sahi baat hai kyunki aajkal meine kaafi log dekhe hai jo puchte height kaise badaye apne genetics ke peak height pe kaise pohoche toh mostly meri advise yehi rehti hai logo ke liye kyunki mere liye ye work kiya tha aur kaafi dusro ke liye but of course jo main aspect tha it was the strength training and intake of sunlight through running and other stuff because hamari body ko muscles and alag nutrients ki zarurat padhti for height growth but in sab mein jaldi padhke woh baaki sari jo cheeze ghar pe banti jisme ache nutrients hote but they avoid because of all shinanigans happening ki kya khaye , kya sahi khana hai and all that so ofc when aap apne peak height pe pohoch gaye and your growth plates are placed then you can start focusing more on straight forward things. thora time leke ache se likh sakta tha but sorry for the inconvenience.

Bhai calorie kam karne ke sath sath agar me protein ki quantity badha du to kiya to kiya weight gain hoga kyoki mujhe musle mass badhana hai fat nhi mera weight 60 kg hai to kitna protein or kitni calorie le ki jisse mera weight bhi gain ho jay or fat bhi na badhe 😊

Sir i have mysterious chest pain problem, when i working out then suddenly feel like cardiac attack, i reach doctor but all test like ECG, EECO, X-RAY and SONOGRAPHY all are normal, even doctor can't find out any issue, so it is okay to loss weight just with calorie deficit and walk, and without strength training???)

Bro that's why protien burn 20 percent extra calories means if you will eat 150g protien which is 600 calories then you will burn 120calories just by digesting protien

Ok Just multiple 3.15 with your weight and that will be calories burnt in an hour Why have you not simplified 3*3.5*60/200 = 3.15 Above is for 1 hour

Bhai mai healthy and control me ghar ka normal khana kha Raha hu, 6 whole wheat roti, 4 eggs 1.bowl.boiled rice And subah 1.5hrs jogging with 6kmph speed, 7pm to 8pm 15km on road cycling And dinner k baad 30 mins walk, Is hisab se mera kitna weight loss hoga 1 month me? Bro my weight is around 75kg and I walk 10km daily (5 morning/5 evening) with the avg speed of 10-11 km/hr (according to Google fit), and Google fit shows that I burn around 300 calories during 5km walk by this speed so my calorie expenditure is more or it is around what the Google fit shows?? Please tell me
