This scene is brilliant! I am glad they have 'kissed and made up'. I do wish that the writers/producers find a way for Clark and Lana to end up together. After 7 seasons of Clana - their devotion and commitment to each other no one deserves better than Lana to be by his side and be a part of Clark's destiny. CLANA RULES!!!
Clark had never really been upset with Lana, except for when she was with Lex and he always blamed Lex more than her. This is that moment where Clark sees her with her flaws and admits his own. This is that moment when they see each other at their worst and are still willing to fight for it.
I love the continuity with clark mentioning about stealing the lamborghini and breaking into ATM's (from Season 3 'Exile')... great acting in this scene... you could feel that they care for each other but yet things are different now... loved it
You're going to make me cry again dude. Do you imagine 143 episodes of ups & downs! We definitely deserve a happy Clana break now! I don't think any other TV couple has experienced such a wide range of emotions in Love like Clark & Lana; they have experienced each other's death!!! We should give Clark effervescent Red Kryptonite to make him kiss his lady!!!
Lana and Clark felt organic - it went from high school crush to removing the luster and dealing with hard truths Clark should've ended up with Lana in this version of Superman
Yes! That's my Superman talking! My superhero's big heart! Writers/producers! Please give them a break! Clana deserve a moment of peace & happiness before Clark embraces his destiny. I know that Lana will support him on his great journey. She loves him so much and she'll do the right thing. And we Clana fans deserve a break, after 143 episodes of toying with our emotions! The Clana scenes in Persona & Siren were definitely heart-wrenching. Enough! Please!
Superman is not a heap of steel muscles but a big-hearted hero & his life in Smallville (Childhood, First-love, Friendship) is his earthly initiation. Lana is a part of Clark's journey towards becoming Superman. She was a key in his quest for the stones & the materialization of the Fortress of Solitude. If you read the spoilers, Lana will be the one upholding & supporting him in his journey to become a superhero.
This scene reminds me of a conversation between Martha and Clark in "Promise". Martha: Your father and l almost didn't get married. I broke it off after a year. We had a horrible argument and I thought I'd never see him again. Yeah, we came from such different worlds. Clark: Then why'd you get back together? Martha: Because l-- I couldn't stop thinking about him. Clark: What if I take that risk? And Lana really is happy with Lex? Martha: All I can tell you, Clark, is that if I hadn't taken that chance I would have lost everything that's ever meant something to me. Clark didn't want to let Lana go. Her eyes when he stopped her. She didn't want to leave him 💖
oh, I am so glad that they did not leave it like last week! I know that they are not always going to be together, but I truly do believe that they love each other and it would be great if they left this relationship with their friendship still intact.
This is the way they are trying to break them apart they didnt end with a kiss or even a hug or clark saying he loves her and she is the love of his life he even says he doesnt know what will happen to them...its very clear they are not as before and cant just break up suddenly but they are more distant everytime like as they are showing that now they are together but they will eventually fall apart well have to enjoy the time they last together and loving each other they are an amazing couple
woohoohoo... this scene is so sad, but atleast this time clark made the right decision of not letting lana go again.. hope we clana fans could see more of them.. peace out guys!!
aww this scene is so sad it makes me miss the happy scenes. they are one of the greatest love stories ever told n if in teh comics he wasn't "supposed" to end up with lois then he would definitely be married to lana. if only...cuz they would make an amazing bride n groom :( hmm...i miss clana xxoo
What u're saying is true 4 the original storyline but we still in Smallville world not in Superman one. It's not fair to say that Lana is the one keeping Clark away from his destiny. What about his parents who stopped him for a long time? Clark himself was always trying to escape it. He blew his own ship and run away to Metropolis. I think every person that comes across our life is meant to be 4 our own growth. Remember what M.Manhunter said to Clark: "Those people made you who you are".
Haha yeah! the writers jus wont give up on them! i dont care wat anyone else says they prolly wont be over for a long while! its gonna take sumthin REALLY BIG to break them up!
