Meg, I've been watching you off & on. I've committed to staying with you for the month of January. I did last year's 5 day challenge and now I've found this one on the core. It is just what I need Meg, slow and steady . 10-15 minutes daily is a good start for me I will let you know in February 2024 what happened. I'm living in Arlington Texas, I made 74 in Dec 2023! Thank you for thinking and being concerned with the seasoned ones, like myself. I REALLY appreciate it!!!😄

Same here, Mary .If I dig my nails into the chair, I can lift both legs, but can't hold them there or get them down in a controlled manner, they just fall on their own with a big thump! I must say I am very tall, there is an awful lot of leg to lift! I guess for you and I, practice, practice, practice will eventually bring a stronger core and more results! Don't give up Mary, you are not alone!

I did (3) of your videos today, which tells me my body is wanting more than 10-15mins. It totalled 27mins. I'll let you know in a couple of weeks. One month down, my new developing habit with (5) days in every week of January. Let's see what February will be like!!!😅

Hi I start my day with your videos I’m 85 and feel so good after doing your program I exercise for 45 minutes every day I need more help to strengthen my core as I have started to bend over and also have neuropathy in my legs and hands And did have a back operation Not sure if I would need a one on one program or i can work it out following different videos

Thanks Meg. I’m feeling so much better these past few days sticking with your videos. I received my T-shirt last week also and I’m loving 🥰 it. Can you recommend a few exercises for us dealing with degenerative disc disease? I a couple that I do three times a day but, I would like to do more to eliminate the stiffness in the back and neck. Hi Meg! I have been doing this one 4egularly. I still cannot lift 2 legs together. Also, I have experienced inner thigh muscle tightness and pain. Any suggestions?
