I'm definitely more of a "Nate the Hoof Guy," kind of guy. No goofy music, no over-enthusiasm, not too much personal information, just strictly business.
Poor baby, she was shaking trying not to put weight on her little foot. Thank you for taking care of her and all beautiful cows you work with. I feel better with folks like you in the world. You inspire me to be better. I love your patience and compassion.
Wow, this is probably the most unexpected video that RU-vid put in my viewing path! I am over the top impressed by your skill and knowledge. I subbed even though I don't have cattle. When I had goats, the most challenging part for us was keeping up with their hooves. I wish I'd known about your channel back then. Whatever you're earning, it's too little! I wish you all the best and thank you for sharing as well as caring.
I never thought the image of a cow’s leg shaking in pain would effect me so much. The pain she must have felt from putting all that weight on it. Thanks for helping to heal her pain!
I love cows, and respect farmers and vets that care for them. They are very social and humble creatures. I regularly go to my friend's farm here in Australia and play music for the 6 cows there, they absolutely love it and are so inquisitive and happy when they see me walking up with my guitar, they start running when they realise it's me now! Just so social and gentle. It changed my life when they demonstrated intellect, emotion and memory. It was like the first time I witnessed my chihuahua Toby show intellect when he was a puppy, it blew my mind and made me so humble, to be shown the connection and emotion these animals have and how they appreciate things we do, like music! It's insane and made me realise.
Wow, what a difference!! Starting off not touching the ground, hoof/leg shaking from pain. To the end where the leg is nice and straight, good posture and hoof planted firmly on the ground (with the blocks help of course) great job Nate, making a difference one cow at a time!
Really sad to see that cow suffer. Having difficulty bearing weight on the foot.I can only imagine the pain. You did excellent work providing comfort to this gentle animals.
Your knife work is elegant and effective. I accidentally started to watch another hoof trimmer but could not continue because they were so aggressive. You show that careful cutting does not mean you are slow. Your care of these animals shows true compassion.
I was so invested in getting to know the root cause of the damage, that I found myself angling my head closer to the phone. How amazing to know that the poor cow felt immediate relief!!
You are so calming to listen too….I love how careful you are with your work…there are some very popular hoof guys on here that go so fast and they are not as careful around the wounds……I absolutely love how you handle these beautiful animals
