Cruffini is a mixture of croissants and muffins. The cake was created in Australia in 2013 in Melbourne. The croissant dough is baked in muffin molds, and so we get a lovely leafy crispy cake. It can be filled with various fillings, and in this recipe we show a basic version of this treat.

I would call these pastry roses 🌹because it's a similar process to making apple roses, and the shape comes out looking like a rose!

Half of the water replaced with yogurt, place baking powder (10g) instead of yeast. I think the hydration needs to be improved a little (need a little more water to add). Thanks for the comment

Je l'ai trouvé un peu humide a l'intérieur . ils sont plutôt cuits à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur.. peut-être baisser le thermostat et laisser un peu plus longtemps pourquoi pas , a essayer
