To relieve the pain of cruralgia (groin + front of the thigh), I suggest you do physical therapy exercises using the principle of neurodynamics.
This type of technique can quickly bring positive results on the feeling of cruralgia pain.
There is a whole progression in this type of rehabilitation.

Dosage:
Exercise 1 Hold the posture 10 seconds and do 5 to 10 repetitions.
Exercise 2 10 repetitions over 3 to 5 sets
