I like usually the most 30-40 min yoga. So one hour sequence in 3 videos is so perfect, so much easier to do than 1 one hour video. You are the best, Tim! Thank you for all of this, makes me feel great.

So proud of us all (and me) that did 15, 16, 17 together (which is way over an hour). It definitely leaves you feeling at peace and a great sense of accomplishment. Thanks again Tim!

I have been doing this program with no pause and never did yoga before love it!! I normally practice fitness, swimming and tennis but u can't imagine how much I improved concentration in all sports I practice thanks to yoga!! Thank you Tim!!!

I'm personally loving the fact that there is no music in these videos. While music often helps many people relax, for a musician, the mind does not relax; it works, even if we don't want it to. The silence is peaceful and restorative. Thank you!

Rlly good practice especially combined with the warm up. Everyday I look forward to hittin the mat. With all the good stuff that comes from daily practice, I haven't missed a day in over 2 months. Thanx Tim.

I thought I only had the first one in me, but ended up doing all three. Feeling great and thoroughly yoga-ed. Thanks Tim! This was a nice change of pace from the lighter, shorter videos. Also a great way for folks like me who fell behind in the challenge to catch up!

Just did this after a workout in high 80s temps. I have a herniated disk, and live in rural India where I don't have any yoga studios nearby, certainly none as good as your videos. I've done yoga at a few places here in India and in the US, and none have helped me understand the poses, or feel as good, as much as your videos. Thanks for continuing to make these.

Thank you Tim, for the past two week my tailbone haven’t been hurt much anymore, what a great magic! I also did my best to practice all day 15, 16 and 17 today to have a relaxing class tomorrow, I never valued corpse pose much until this session :)

I did 1 and 2 together but life got in the way of 3. Just finished 3 now and feel great. I will definitely add extended sessions once I have finished the 30 days. Thanks Tim!!

As a former wrestler and a guy that has been lifting weights and bodybuilding my whole life, yoga has been a complete game changer. I had no idea you how tense my whole body was. Wow. I also feel so much more mentally calm. Really life changing stuff. Thank you Tim. You are a godsend.

Did the three part series together. Enjoyed it tremendously and was honestly just a wee bit proud of myself as I had to really center myself to rise above my sjogrens flare up. Thank you for pushing me to a better, healthy body

I'm still here! Day 17 felt great. This three day sequence would be quite the workout. For now maybe the warm up and the either 16 or 17. Give me something to aim for. My body is stronger but I'm dealing with a left knee injury so that slows me down a bit. Thanks Tim!

Hi, Tim! I love these three series workouts. I've been doing them once a day in order, instead of all three at once and still think they're a great workout. The second video included training poses for the handstand and headstand which I find very helpful. When I first tried to do a headstand, I just went right into it without any training or practice. (I fell...) Now I will practice gaining strength with the elbow pose you showed us. Very helpful! Thanks for the great videos!

i started doing this videos just to do some exercise when i could not go to the gym or to a yoga class, but i will definitely stick with it, i feel so much improvement it just feels incredible everytime

Very good, did a full hour today. But I can't sit on my heels =[ never on my life. Hope after yoga I can do that. Not sure if my body has a different physiology. Thank you Tim, day 15-16-17 done! Just donated a tip to support you.

I have been prepping for a karate tournament and I fell off the series for about 1.5 weeks. But I'm back and ready to get loose once again. The 3 part is great!

That was a long practice! I really wanted to do it but I'm really tired now (but also calm and relaxed). I feel like I would probably need someone to correct me in the back bends... Your instructions are always really precise and clear but I don't feel how much I must bend yet. It still feels a little strange. I hope the next videos are going to be a little shorter cause I won't be at home for 4 days and I'd really like to be able to stick to the challenge! I'll see what happen. Thanks!

I am assuming that there are a number of us here who are completing the challenge even though we cannot fully achieve the poses.I for one foree myself repeating this challenge one more time in full and extracting the best moves from the 30 Day challenge.Then move on to the other videos.Thank you deeply for sharing these with us .

hey tim! this is going great! I did days 15 and 16 yesterday before my first day of school of the semester and felt so limber and alert! today I did parts of day 15 and a little freestyle warm up after a run with my dog now I'm about to do this practice. Thank you!!

Thank you Tim for your good advice! I've done these three parts separately but surely l will give it a try for all of them this week-end. I can notice in myself lot of improvement in my strength and balance and I'm also proud of my improvement in chaturanga and malasana (these two were very difficult for me at the beginning of this 30 days course). Least favorite video thus far lol. Still felt great afterwards, but those back bends were a little hard or "gnarly" because I'm using books since I don't have blocks :( The books keep tipping over and I don't have a good pillow to use that will keep me raised up high enough to lengthen my spine. Want to buy some blocks, but they're too pricy for me for being nothing more than a "block". Not gonna quit though :)

Wow. This day's practice showed me how tight my hamstrings are! But what great stretches these poses are! I will be doing this day many times as it caused me to relax as never before. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during shavasana. LOL. Is that a good thing?

Possible tips: for 5:28 if you don't have blocks, a full back bend seems like a good substitute. Also, having your palms face the ceiling is really helpful for keeping your collarbones open.

Great videos in general so far! Thank you. If any day was hard, this day, to me, was like WTF? lol With all the bending and twisting, I felt like Gumby, except I couldnt actually do it at all.

First of all grey series! Stool could you offer any advice around the 20:10 mark? when my right arm is raised I find fully grasp my hands (handshake style) with EASE. However when I try the same with my left arm raised I can only just touch my fingers together and my right shoulder joints get REALLY tight! Is it a mobility problem that's easily remedied? I'm concerned about an imbalance.

I feel my body getting stronger and my flexibility is insane now and today i was in rehearsal for this play I'm in and the actors who know me were like "Somebody's been hitting the gym" I said no I been hitting the TIM. Oooohooooo,boy.. That was a hard one for me, I did 3 day series and it was pretty hard to stand some positions here. However I kept as long as I could! Still have to improve abdominal muscles...

Idk why my hamstrings are super tight. Like I’m no where near touching my toes. But I have really flexible knees. Idk how to improve my hamstrings though. Any tips?

WAAAAAY too advanced for this beginner! Worse, this is the third day I tried Tim's core exercises and the result has been the same. I strained my lower back and was sore for the next 24 to 36 hours. This day, I rolled up my mat at the 20 minute mark. While I think I have the ambition to get limber and strong enough to perform these poses, I am no where near there yet and must find a more basic path to follow/learn for some time to come. (How bad am I ? This is my 2nd 30 day challenge, and after a total of 48 days, I can finally perform a forward bend and touch my big toe without bending my knees. . . . provided I do 15 to 20 minutes of stretches before I tried to touch my toes. . . . . I am not ready for this course.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to post the entire sequence of Days 15 through 17 in one? Days 16 and 17 are of less value without Day 15. Thank you!

Hey Tim. I'm not sure if this is feasible, but I think it would be great to have some music for the shavasana at the end of your videos. I typically switch to a relaxing music channel for shavasana. That's just me, but maybe you'd consider it. Thanks. Otherwise your classes are the best.
