Got my new personal record for the deadlift. A few days after shooting this video I broke it again with 134 kg (295 pounds). Getting close to my first medium term goal of reaching 144 kg (twice my bodyweight) now!
By the way, I didn't upload for a few weeks because I got the flu or something and couldn't speak properly. I also had a few weeks off to take rest from work.

Good luck buddy! and happy new year. Always good to hit it hard, got up to 315lbs(1,5x BW) about a year ago. I've stopped lifting for the last 6 months to commit fully to my yoga practice.

I use a hexbar for the deadlift because it’s easier on my back and it feels more natural. I wish I could join the 1000 pound club but I have to hex bar deadlift and smith machine squat and bench press

your knees lock out too soon, the bar should travel about shin height before locking the knees, you will put alot of strain to your lower back and might get hurt. also think about trying sumo deadlifts which may suit you better.

Thanks for the tips! I cannot do sumo deadlifts though, I really hate those and they don't really work for me at the moment.

Last week I achieved my goal the perfect front split it was on Wednesday i think then on Thursday i wasn't able to do it why that happened

Did you bought those mats form helisports? If yes, are they the 12mm or the 20mm?

I often do a combination of them. I've made tons of weightlifting videos, but I am not really a big lifter.

Recently I got to a 315 lbs deadlifts for 6 reps, and a 365 lbs deadlift for 1 rep, entering 385 lbs is challenging but my life goal is to lift 500 lbs one day.

Yes, I'm only 1,72 m too, so that's a pretty decent combo with my low bodyfat percentage
