Yes you can do it 2 times a day, immediately after eating will cause stomach pain so wait for an hour and half and then do them sis

Yes panunga, if you don't have any other healthy complications, DR does not get worse with skipping

@@IndusRunningDiaries such a quick response.. thank you so much 🙏❤️ Actually I have four finger a d it's very obvious.The cone shaped around the belly button is visible..went to nearby physiotherapist,they told me not to do Surya namaskar as it will worsen the case.so I felt bad as I love doing yoga..so from tomorrow I will start my work out . thank you so much ☺️

@@gowrishankari4361 Surya namaskar never affects DR, you should not work your rectus abdominus muscles meaning six pack muscles, I don't think Surya namaskar works on rectus abdominus so I would Say yes for doing yoga 🙂

Hai indu, I got c section before 7 years and 2nd c-section before 4 years. My belly looks like pregnant. I tried your exercises continuously for one month and reduse the gap from 6 fingers to 3 fingers. 😊. But my tummy measurement is didn't reduse. Why? Before exercises tummy is 37 inches after exercises also 37 inches. How to reduse it?
