DIY Wiring - Fire Hazard 

Every time I watch your videos the more and more I never want to buy a house 😂 seems like everything is built so sketchy. I feel like I would be captive to repairs after buying a home and having it inspected by you 😂

I think the cable inlet / outlet is the least of your worries with that electrical pannel!

The romex yes, is on a sharp edge but, the braided wire is a bigger concern

Oh joy, tar and cloth romex. I hate that stuff. At least the silver color is tinning and not Aluminum.

Recently somebody asked me why a number of their outlet plugs had no power. I went to the breaker box to see if anything had flipped. Nothing. Then took off one of the outlet covers and saw burned up wires. Nope.!! LOL! No way. Not touching that! I surmised someone had fiddled around in there prior and not hooked the wires up properly. Time to call an electrician!
