@@megamanzx21 certainly for those interested in JRPGs and ports, though I'm not too interested in those categories. A lot of flagship titles of Nintendo were simply not talked about or delayed, which is frustrating for many fans. Delays are understandable though. Economies, production, work for many people was shut down due to the pandemic. The best that Nintendo fans can do is to hold tight and wait.

It's absolutely insane that Dunkey's prediction that "In Breath Of The Wild 2 you'll be able to shoot yourself out of a slingshot and use rocket boots to boost up cliffs" was 100% completely right.

@@MrMisfortune Look man, I find Dunkey entertaining and he seems like a cool dude but he has a bad habit of editing his content to make it seem like games are worse than they are. It isnt a “furby sex dungeon game”, thats one scene taken out of context. Pyra and Mythra arent who I wanted either but a lot of people did (including the late Etika) and I respect that. Miitopia is a baller game and the new Mario Golf looks cool. Lot of good announcements that werent for me, but thats fine. People need to stop going into directs expecting to like everything. Every single direct for the past 3 years has received major backlash and yet every time those same people get excited and watch for some reason.

@@tront5903 The actual game is far better but that Barn Joke was bad. Miitopia is great though, it is basically a rpg in which you can insert any character you want so you can have like a whole team of Nintendo Presidents go against Robbie Rotten or a whole host of combination. Shouldn't have been $50 even if I do appreciate it getting more spotlight.

It was obviously so that he could surprise announce Skyward Sword HD, he didn’t just stand there and announce nothing. He needed to announce Skyward Sword and knew his presence would only raise questions so he addressed them right away, it’s really not that complicated This is coming from someone who wanted nothing more than BOTW2 news

Middle aged man is the most underrated character, he has the hindsight ability and the financially responsible move which is OP on low tier enemies, what a waste
He does do reduced damage against opponents smaller than him, though, but they balance it a little by making him heavier and giving him a lower air speed, still a B tier hero at best.
@@WoodlandDrake yeah but with enough exp middle aged man can evolve into old man , a stage where he learn the moves "get off my lawn" and "I don't pay taxes so you can sit on your ass all day" which casts confusion on their opponents making them lower their guard and thereby making them vulnerable , so potentially he is the most ridiculously op character, and don't forget his limit attack "I'll call the cops" which boosts his confidence and attack power
@@cacarot6020 I'm pretty sure most of those didn't make the cut from the RPG, I am glad the kept the levelling mechanic, though, and seeing ICTC as his final smash is heart-pumping. Speaking of, I'm surprised that they kept the morbidly detailed Heart Attack from the conclusion of his sidequest for his end of round defeat animation

This direct was so strange on account of the fact that there is absolutely nothing unusual about it. Nintendo just stopped doing them for, like, a year, and then just dropped a completely uneventful direct on us.
@@aarOuOn nobody asked for that game. Barely anyone even played the first two. "BUT IT HAD A LOT OF SALES!!!!!" you might say, yes people bought it, realized it was a waste of money and never played it again.
Sometimes Nintendo acts like a group of alien lizard people who don't know their audience or even how to read a room. I love them but they're so frustrating sometimes. So set in their ways.
Meh, Dunkey was being over the top in this one. Octopath Traveler has a ton of content and is gorgeous, and I've heard great things about Bravely Default. They're well made FF-style games. There are fewer RPG-style players in the US, maybe, but that doesn't make those games bad or Nintendo set in their ways/unable to read a room. I'm all for good RPGs rather than more of the same. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

How stupid is this... If we can swap between these two why can't we do that for Samus and Zero Samus. These lewd characters are just in the game because Sakurai just didn't fall in love with the game, he is a pervert... He put no effort in the final smash... No Penuma... This is a fine example that the fan-service in this game is a bit too much. The first game had jiggle physics but the default clothing didn't and you could always change to whatever you wanted anyways. The problem now is that even the default outfits for the characters are Otaku fap material and falls to many anime tropes instead of being creative like the 1st game. The main problem with these games are the extremely passive combat system. However, this game is an improvement over the linear attack toggling from Xenoblade Chronicles Wii's terrible battle system. So I don't blame you if you don't buy the game but the cutscenes are an absolute must watch, as the Xenoblade games have some of the best stories in video game history...
You could literally say: "You know that game with those anime characters with swords and they have to travel the world to collect things that can save the world from evil?" And you'll summarize most of these JRPGs
It's odd to me that it seems so complete from the footage that they would solicit feedback. It seems way too far along for that. Unless a computer is developing it...
I actually wouldn't be surprised, but I also wouldn't complain if it's anything where near as good as the original _Final Fantasy Tactics_ and similar strategy games were. A.I.-made games would totally be fine with me in that case.
