I appreciate these exercises because I don't need to get down on the floor. Being chronically ill working out has been difficult, but you make it possible for people like me. I've been doing workouts on this channel for 2 months and have lost 3 inches on my waistline and dropped 5lbs. My goal is to drop 10lbs more. With these workouts and better eating habits it actually feels attainable. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you, coach Greg! I really appreciate male trainers geared toward us, it's just a different type of atmosphere. I love the standing ab workouts. I'm 41 and 160lbs 5'5 moderately active. I wear a weight vest and ankle weights for a little extra burn. My goal is to lose inches and get toned. With paring a water drinking app I have seen pounds drop off in a matter of 2 weeks! THANK YOU! I am completely open to recommendations if you'd like to offer. Thanks again

great workout! I really felt this one and it was relatively easy. I was challenged on my balance a couple times, but it got a lot better by round 3

They can still be effective, especially if they focus on specific muscles or act as active recovery sessions. Listen to your body and adjust as needed. If you're not feeling challenged, try increasing reps or adding resistance. Keep up the good work! 💪😊

Thank you. That was really good. I’m just wondering why we did more of the wood choppers on one side than the other side every round? Is it because most people are right handed and the other side needed strengthening? Thank you very much.

You're welcome! Doing more wood choppers on one side than the other during each round can help address any imbalances between the left and right sides of your body. It's like giving a little extra attention to the weaker side to help it catch up. 💪 This can be particularly useful if you're right-handed, as the dominant side often tends to be stronger. However, if you prefer to alternate sides evenly, that's perfectly fine too! The goal is to ensure balanced development and strengthen both sides effectively. 🌟♥

Coach Greg, do you have any sitting exercises that could help with the core? I was in a wheelchair for the past 5 years and my legs still won't do these.

@@MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining they have no problem with it, I've also talked to them about carb cycling, they prefer the Mediterranean diet. I've been in a physical rehab a couple times but now I'm looking for a different routine to strengthen things more and get my core back under control.

I watch every video before actually doing as well. It gives me an idea if I am at the fitness level necessary to complete the workout before hand. Also easier to absorb the techniques by watching the coach's form & positioning first.
