Hi guys! Thank you so much for all the love and support on my last video. You wanted me to share my meal prep, so for week 2 of prep, you will learn my favorite way of meal prepping in bulk to maximize efficiency.
Natalie these vids are invaluable - Seriously! I keep thinking by now I’m an expert but then I learn more from you. Also I just recently got a veggie chopper (even though I have good knife skills, this is a crazy time saver!) - I’m telling you, the scenes where you’re slamming it are SO SATISFYING 😂👏🏾 I was cracking up. I like to use a silpat to cover foods in the oven instead of foil or parchment most of the time. I'm glad you didn't get beet juice on your beautiful purple top! 😅
This meal prep is great! Also, I never knew that food processors can shred things! I’ve owned a food processor for years now and also wondered what that metal plate attachment was for. Be right back…going to shred all the veggies now!!! 🤗

My name is Andre Watson and I came across your video today by chance. I enjoyed and learned a lot from watching your demonstration. Your communication style and teaching method are exceptional. Watching you made me realize I need to get myself one of those chopping devices, a Vita Blender, and quality Food Processor.
Now I need to take the next step and do it! I like the organization and the color in the food choices. I was hungry after a long day of work today and was so happy not to stop and by something on the fly but made it home and had some wild rice already prepped and sautéed red bell pepper, sweet potato in Tamari and then added some rice, an egg and peas and it was yummy and satiating. I need to try doing tofu in the air fryer and use tools I have in the home more such as a mandolin and food processor. Thanks so much Natalie, this is the year I am serving my body in the way it needs to see strong definition everywhere. Love your sweet energy and clarity and speed of speech. It is not too fast, which really matters. You are doing great!

I need to meal prep like this. It’s the one thing i never do. Got the training and macros down but i make things harder on myself and don’t make the best nutritious choices.
What I like to do every other Friday is go through my vegan cookbooks and pick meals for the next two weeks. I pick two dinner and two lunches for one week, then another. I pick meals that share the same ingredients. I grocery shop at the farmers market for most of my fruits and veggies, then at sprouts. I only grocery shop every other Saturday and buy for two weeks. I also avoid buying things in cans and plastic packaging as much as possible. I have been vegan for 11 years this March.
I love the Lupini bean seitan. It's my go to. I soak my own beans as I couldn't afford to keep using ready to use ones. I'm enjoying your cookbook! I love the high protein veggie tots. The breakfast sausages are great!

Have you ever--maybe not recently since you're so practiced, now--ever prepped veggies or sauces that ended up completely not complementing each other? This all looks so good! Yayyy your cooking videos make me so happy!! I’ve been wanting to go vegetarian/vegan but usually have a hard time finding videos that fit my tastebuds but these all sound delicious!!
