easily my favorite ernie ball model. very versatile and looks absolutely amazing

I bought it and sold it. It was the best guitar I ever played. The handle is incredibly comfortable 25/20 The microphones in all their configurations, truly exceptional, terrific. I just bought it again because I find it perfect. I don't like MusicMan body shapes, am I too old to appreciate them? This shape suits me very well.

I like how you overlay your pickup settings while you demo them, instead of saying something like 'ok, now we'll hear the bridge pickup' and we sit riveted while you change the selector.

Hi Cooper Carter, I love your channel. It's easily one of the best guitar demo channels I've come across. Your original demo of the EBMM Valentine is one of my favorites. I've watched it dozens of times and it was influential in my eventual purchase of a Valentine (thanks for that!). That said, here's some unsolicited feedback on this new video. There are some differences here that give your original 2016 demo better production quality. The camera placement, audio quality, and background were all better in the original. Camera placement: The camera was much closer in the original and I could actually tell what you looked like and see what your hands were doing as you played. I actually watched the original several times to figure out how you did that little "call to post into sweep arpeggio" riff at 7:08 (very cool riff!). In this video the camera is too far away and it's difficult to make out the details. Audio quality: In the parts where you are talking it sounds like the mic is too far away from you and there is a bit too much "natural reverb" from the room. I actually had to increase the volume a bit to clearly hear what you were saying, but that made the volume too loud for the parts where you were playing the guitar (particularly at 2:25...kinda blasted my ears). The volume levels were much better balanced on the original video. Open both videos in separate tabs and switch back and forth between them during the speaking parts to see what I mean. Background: The background of the new video is too busy. The original video was shot against a plain white background and when you put the graphics up on the screen to show the various control settings I was surprised and impressed because that was the first time I had seen that done on a youtube video. I thought it was very well done and the graphics showed up very well against the plain white background. In the new video the graphics get lost in the busy background. Freeze the frame at 3:30 for an example. I hope you don't take this as complaining or being overly critical. Thanks for all the great content!

It's very hard to find information about the neck profile, I tried my friend's luke 3 and it's quite a hard V. What kind of neck shape would that be on the valentine ? Anyway, it really seems to be an excellent guitar !

Ernie Ball guitars are awesome. But they always pick horrible colors to make them in.... IMO
