I made a full body routine as requested! Today in this video my wife Grace has joined me 😀
I recommend you do this routine everyday if possible for 1-2 times a day. If not, then at least for 2-3 times a day and it will balance your current imbalances and prevent future postural imbalances for sure :D

Precautions about corrective exercises :
※Please be careful always not to overdo any exercise.
You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft.
If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity / range of motion to the point you feel refreshed and comfortable. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.
