I kind of want them to get people like the ones on Superman and Lois, start the next season like a soft reboot, recap the previous season like Superman recapped his past, get rid of the side character beside Iris and Joe, film it with a more cinematic style, and change to the more serious but fun tone of S&L.
@@accidentalmadness1708 I’m obviously not saying make the same season with different characters. I’m saying soft reboot the show, film it more cinematically and reduce the amount of side characters
I’ve come in and out since that very season a few times to see if they’ve gotten better and it’s just been a mess each time, lol. And I LOVE the Flash, lol. It’s such a bummer.
Now I'm kinda hoping someone makes a parody on Orange RU-vid aka The Hub lol. "What are you doing Sage Force step bro?" I made this comment before I got to 17:18 where Dan says the same thing lol
yup i've always found something to enjoy about the flash even during the more boring plots but these two eps were rough. The biggest WTF moment of the entire series for me was when in Ep 11 after Barry asks why Nora would try killing Iris too and Iris says that she thinks Nora sees her as "Competition". I was like WTF because at that point Nora was using the family terms too. So by that logic, what is Iris "competition" for? Daddy's affection? Does Nora have an Elektra Complex? (Female version of the Oedipus complex). Like what are they trying to say? Do they even realize what they're saying? SERIOUSLY W... T... F
I think this was a way to give Barry a power boost for the next part of the season, they mentioned he was faster at the very end of the episode but if the forces expand together perhaps hell gain some of their residual abilities, a good way to squeeze 2-3 episodes per ability to fill the remainder of the season
What, you're not even talking about frost, what happened there "I need to get my punishment I need to get punished for the things I have done..." "they set me free because I did another good thing on TV I have apparently never been on TV before when I did good things so I guess that was my entire punishment I craved I'm good now also I'm dating a super villain no biggie". WTF. but let's count our blessings so with frost being back and the forces not mattering. Can we just ignore its existence. if we know anybody that do not have seen the season yet we can tell them the series get better if you just Skips season 7 Episode 4-11.
Season 1 :so Barry and Iris are brother and sister , but he loves her anyway , and her dad called them both his kids... that sounds very anime * season 7* oh sweet Christmas
I agree, I was ok with the plot but I didn’t like the resolution of it. I know what they were going for with Barry and Iris being their parents but it felt weird
Well they did change showrunner in s6 and from what I understand a lot of the writing staff who just ignored a lot of the setups the first 5 seasons did. So at this point I'm just watching cause I've already put so much time in. But if I didn't know Godspeed and hopefully red death was showing up either as a tease at the end of this season or after the 5 episode crossover thing in season 8, this might have been my exit.
In season eight flash should become more of the future flash from season one, whose probably more competent, and would bring the flash full circle. Also trimming the cast would make the show much better.
I think I'm remaining these episodes "Artsy Fartsy part 1 & 2." They were like, let's try to use some fun colorful visuals...oh wait we don't have enough money due to all the visuals so let's let a random fan art person write the dialogue because he offered to do it for free. I remember when I hit this stage of all the other shows where I am fast-forwarding the dialogue sections and skipping to the fight scenes (which were kinda fun to be honest(.
I hated this episode and I've stuck through with this show since season 1 not missing a single episode. But the whole "family" aspect of the forces and them calling each other brother and sister constantly and Barry being "Dad" like com'n save that for his ACTUAL kids...they just met this man. I agree this is the first time I actually almost turned it off.
glad I am not the only one who though the forces/kid thing was weird. Honestly the only reason I watched the whole forces story was because I new Cisco was leaving and some point this season and didn't want to miss that episode. If the next storyline isn't an improvement over this I am going to seriously considered dropping this show. right now the only thing keep me watching is Cisco and the promise of Bart. I have wanted to see Bart Allen in this show since he was first teased in season 3 episode 21 when Barry losses his memory and asked to be called Bart.
the point was these new forces are divided and as forces of nature it is causing the world to come apart. But they try to make the point in a dumb and cringey way. 🤢
Wait, also I don't quite get the consistency of the Avatar of each force. Nora isn't a real avatar because she wasn't a real person prior the existence of the force. I think Deon, Bashir, and Alexa are more like siblings to Barry not children.
@@BaithNa no, I don't think I will. It's not fragility, it's the truth. They focus too heavily on SJW woke identity politics agendas. When most of what we see in the show, doesn't happen in the comics.
I swear to god woke is a nothing word and people who use it unironically are so god damn annoying. Bad writing is bad writing so called “wokeness” is not why CW shows suck it’s because they have bad writers, there are plenty of good shows, games, and movies you’d consider “woke” that have great writing, great characters, and a great story.
@@mrbatman3008 nah, you're just indoctrinated. Disney wants to change how the world views the world. Kathleen Kennedy firing Gina then virtue signaling weeks later for an award giving it to a couple of women no where close to Gina's level.
@@scottalderson4708 indoctrinated? What is this mass effect? The CW sucks because of bad writing you can tell a good story with a cast of diverse characters just look at the Young Avengers comics or hell even the X-men. Also Gina Carano said something despicable and should have to work to regain her trust.
@@mrbatman3008 that and because they preach social justice weirdness and woke bs. Story telling sucks yes, but the main reason they suck is because they about agendas like Disney and most of Hollywood.
You made a HUGE mistake with your channel name, it should be renamed Absolutely Marvel, Anime & DC or Absolutely M.A.D Anime >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Marvel & DC
