I have owned two Jeep liberties and I have encountered almost the same exact problems that you have had with yours. Blower motor resistor went bad, window regulator, and hood shocks went bad. I think you did an honest review.
Thanks, Not to many think that my review is honest/accurate. So much that I had to turn off comments to original video do to some very hateful comments towards me. Put link to this video at end of review video knowing the haters wouldn't watch till end and probably could get less nasty comments here. So far it has worked.
I have just purchased this 2004 Jeep Liberty I have exact same issues my latch window is biggest complaint my lift rods on back window are fine so far lol cross fingers but I also have been in auto motive business for 17 yrs and yes I’m a female lol been in and out of shop I’ve learned more about stuff like motor work tranny work and al cosmetics starting from 1997 thru 2018 and I live for automotive work etc the thrill I get from figuring out what the issue is to fixing it my boss used to call me his part chaser Lol he rebuilt Porsche 911’s to 1936 ford coupes and I loved my job but yes you are on point and accurate
Hey nice video on the jeep. Im looking at buying the same vehicle but its red lol. Anyways would you recomend this car to a highschool student to just get around town. Not really for long distance trips. Also what is the most amount of millage you can get out of this vehicle befor is stalls. The one im looking at currently has 157k miles on it .
I am saying this with a smile on my face and joking, I'm probably not the person to ask if this is a good vehicle as I have had so much trouble with mine. Other people praise the Liberty, I can not. As a stay close to home vehicle it would probably work out OK, even when brand new the Liberty really isn't a road trip car. As far as things that will break if they haven't already are the window regulators, everyone that has owned a Libby has had the problem, easy to repair and plenty of YT vids to show how. Mine hasn't had some issues others have stated such as transmission problems and valve cover gaskets failing. Some have reported those issues as early as 80K but heard others at 215K with no problems. Just be sure to watch as many review videos as you can find and check out carcomplaints.com and other review sites to see what others have said about Liberties. If you haven't watched my full review of my Liberty you can see it here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qXMpn2B-HHM.html
