Happy International Yoga Day Ma'am and Thank You for letting me start my day on such a beautiful note. Lazy as i am, am trying to follow your 12 pairs Surya Namaskar every morning since tha last one week. Thabk you for that as well and hopw to continue. Would like to know a little more about yoga and its practices. Please advise if you can guide amd help and how i can get to know more and better.

Hate to say this but, have been following you since long and so i purchased the Membership to get access to more content. All the member only videos are just old videos which are now in the member only section. I don't usually purchase memberships, but there is nothing additional which membership portrayed. Sorry but it wasn't worth it.

I disagree with you. There are livestreams like the 20 day challenge and the 500 squat challenge, the breathwork series, the 5 day meditation challenge and some videos which were never released on RU-vid for the general audience including one which was released couple of weeks ago. I haven’t been able to put up more content since I’ve just had a baby and been on a maternity break but do what feels right for you. You are free to cancel your membership at any time!
