Aaaaannnnd, yes! I did it! What a great assortment of exercises! I like the dumbbell with pass lunge, once I get the rhythm going and don’t think about it. I was able to do the low-impact burpee from the mat this time. Wow! So, as you said, l’m “Leavin’ feelin’ good.” Thanks, PJ!❤

This was honestly tougher for me than the previous days of strength workouts! 🥵 (Give me strength over cardio any day 😂) Heart rate was UP THERE! Thanks for kicking my butt, PJ! Day 5, done! 🙌
Yep hate cardio… yep loved this!!!😂 if I have to get my cardio in- and pj’s planner says I do😂… then this defo takes the sucky out of it!! Amazing how you feel your quads so much more doing low impact burpees!!
Thank you for low impact! I'm in a spare bedroom upstairs....I'm afraid if I jump I'll go through the floor!! Not to mention waking up the entire house.....
Yes I pick the same nail Color when I get a pedicure which is not very often ! I also eat the same thing for breakfast- a protein shake with Usana nutrimeal replacement !
Although I had to go down to 5 lb., it was a definite workout! At the end stretch I was able to put both hands on the floor before, something I couldn't do 3 months ago! I call that a win!! Thanks pj, forever grateful!!😊❤
I do not hate cardio (consider myself a “cardio junky” I love swimming and biking and walking) however, I don’t like double cardio…finished my normal 2 kilometre swim and then this about did me in. 😂❤ But I’m in for the challenge 🎉 Thank you PJ

Yes, the up & down with a burpee can really affect some. I recommend a squat and reverse lunge each leg. That’s 1 rep. Great burpee sub and will keep you upright so you don’t get dizzy. 😵
Thanks Pj! For the wall slide, are my elbow supposed to keep touching the wall,pls? That’s very tough for me! I used 3kg for my upper body and 4kg for the lower body part. I burnt 133 kal for the past 34mins
Yes, just use weight with the non-injuried arm and see if you can do the movement without weight with the other arm. Of course, if moving it produces pain, stop.
