@@priyanshbhardwaj427 ..I started my eating window from 12:pm and ended at round about 7pm...eating less carbs more protein ...like eggs and chiken ...with no sugar at all...in dinner I use to take 1 CD size wheat bread with what ever gravy or chiken we usually cook at home ..after that 1hr walk that is 6000 steps ...
When I first started excersing 2 wks ago . I could only do 2 mins. Now I can do 15 mins and I'm losing weight . My lower belly is becoming flatter. No abs❤ yet but I will get there . Good luck everyone . ❤❤❤❤❤

I'm an older man that finds it difficult to do work outs. These standing videos i find easy to use, the coaching aspect works. I feel better and have started seeing results after 2 weeks. Excited to keep going

@@السعداوي-ب4م I have done and tried the exercises for two weeks. Including the diet (excluding any milk and dairy products. Eating the chicken and fish twice or once a week. I suggest you should also try not to consume outside food or any fried eateries). Changes are not seen that much as I mentioned above
I've gained alot weight, especially in abs n hips from steroids( since 2008) for Respiratory illness..Watching my food intake, hope these work outs help..On new meds so I pray I get through them....🙏🏼😔❤🌹

I've been doing this for several weeks and I lost nearly 15 pounds. Just get up and do it 30 minutes a day and immediate fasting. And change your way you Eat.

@@Nandani_34 I see a slight difference with bloating but because I have a lot of weight I won’t see a huge difference for couple months. But I always do 3 other videos after this one and these exercises get me outta bed an keeps be active
I started on 9/6-9/28/23 and did twice a day every day plus my fasting 8/16 no eat after 5pm. I seen some change. With the work out alone won’t see much of the different if you only do it for 14 days. I’m still doing the exercises and will keep on doing it until I get tired of it. Overall good & easy work out.

Just started today. I did 3 sets for 30 minutes. I've also been doing intermittent fasting (IF) this week, following a 16-8 schedule. I hope it works. Currently, I weigh 66kg, and my goal is to lose weight down to 48kg.
I start these exercises from 25th march2024. My current waist is 36 and i want to take this challenge for 21 days. Today i complete my 21 days challenge and my current waist size is 33.5 . One of the bestest exercises which i have done in my entire life and also i did little bit diet. These exercises make my waist visibly changed and also is gives the pretty shape to my body. I decide to continue it for next 9 days to complete my one month.

Just found you and really like your format. Just one suggestion, while the exercise is being executed and you are counting it would be amazing if you could give tips on form. Wasn't sure if my knees should be bent or if I should engage abs... ect... Thank you ❣
I did these exercises twice a day for a week, the second week I added light weights and did them once a day, considering how easy the exercises are, the result is satisfactory
Just discovered this channel and am starting today. In the past year, I have lost 17 kg and now stand at 83 kgs, through doing CrossFit and tweaking my food intake (less carbs, more protein), but I already ate pretty well), after the doctor told me that I was going to, in the short term, have bad heart and lung problems... Unfortunately, such weight loss has left me with a flabby tummy, so I intend to do this routine at least once a day, as I continue with CrossFit...

I made sure not to stop even when the time says resting time, and I could really feel my love handle burn 😢😢. I’ll keep doing this, I think I find what makes me sweat & on heat . 🎉🎉🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 so sweaty 😢😢

This is my second video today. The end got me just a little, but I pushed through. I love the standing abs. It is much better on my back. Love this, I finally found something I like and my body favor. That's important!
