OMG! Grilled Curry Chicken skewers Creamy tomato sauce. That's some amazing authentic indian spices you're using. I can taste that yogurt marinate dressing 🤤 and yes chicken always can get a massage 😂 I love your tip on the garlic. It's very easy to make the tomato sauce and when you added heavy cream it reminded me of a good old fashion hearty tomato soup which I can eat anytime of the day.. the wine with notes of Honeydew and lemon zest. I need to get a bottle of Demetria because the last time I bought a wine from your show that you recommended which was also greek and it was a winner winner chicken dinner. Speaking of chicken dinner your curry marinated chicken Kabobs are looking out of this world and I am going to make this recipe for sure. There is no reason why I shouldn't make it especilally we are still in summer and perfect for BBQing. Thank you Jeff for yet another outstanding presentation and delicious recipe. Rock on!

Hi, Jeff! Yes, cutting meat against the grain is the right way to do it, for sure. I always roll my lemons before squeezing...and I need to remember to squeeze them with the cut side up. I think that the yogurt probably does something similar to what buttermilk does. I will have to try a yogurt marinade. Thanks for the tip about soaking the skewers. Adding the cream to the sauce was a good idea. I am sure it mixed with the curry spices very well. Another winner!

You got that perfect mix for the curry blend with the Yogurt. All the spices were the same ones Pops would uses as well down to the fresh grated ginger and garlic! Grilling the skewers is one of my favourite ways to cook chicken skewers and in the summer season I love doing that outdoors bbq styles! :) The Tomato sauce was an interesting twist on this recipe and looks delicious too! So creamy and a perfect topping for the chicken skewers! :) Lol, I can see you love your Indian food, it's always full of flavours that make your mouth very happy! Loved this episode Jeff! :D

Looks delicious Jeff , we have not done any Kabobs this year on the grill. I have a Cherry Tomato plant that is full of yummy tomatoes. I love curry, if I go easy on the garlic I believe Bill will love them as well . The wine sounds light I love a hint of pear :) 👌😘

The combination of yogurt marinated with the chicken and the whipping cream on the extra sauce surely made that creaminess, something I must try. So, gotta check the marinate part first coz the sauce looks easy and exciting that I have so many cups of tomato purée in my fridge from my daily tomato harvest Jeff!
