Your body has so much wisdom and you have a powerful innate healing ability that you can tap into using self-inquiry. With some guided quiet time for reflection and contemplation, you can learn much about what you need to help yourself heal.
This practice can either be a combination of meditation and guided journal writing. Or it can simply be a meditation to guide you into exploration and self-reflection. Please use it as it best serves you.

Oh my goodness me I have never experienced a journal meditation before and we have just returned from a five week adventure of the Far East and I kept getting a message that I needed to start my practice with meditation and journalling again so this morning I woke up with that in mind and I found you I am so grateful that I have the opportunities to use these tools to help me on my journey. Gratitude is so important and being humble and hearing what are in the voice has to say is such a joy. Thank you thank you thank you

Many of the exercises in the mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels include writing meditations. It's such a powerful practice. Thanks for this one :)

This came at a very good time for me. I did the writing meditation & it's supportive to whats new in my life, health wise. You are my go-to mindful meditation for self-healing. Thank you for that. Your voice helps me sleep and hopefully heal as well.

This was amazingly helpful, thank you. Love the questions with the gongs and Susan speaks in a perfectly pleasant tone. I was so surprised that no safe space came to my visual mind....but it led me to new ideas and I will try this more often ❤

I stayed in the moment without journalling, although I will write afterwards. I had the most profound understanding presented. I'm still soaking in the knowledge. At 71, I realise how my whole life I have lived a Cartesian split of mind and body. Today, my body informed me how I have not loved it, always judging, always critical. Today I asked for forgiveness and embraced my body in love. Is this what the chronic pain is expressing? I'm excited to find out. I listen to your different meditations daily now, and getting better at being in the moment. Thank you Sarah.
