I have had severe body (face) dysmorphia my entire life. Your channel is the only one on RU-vid that genuinely documents how living with the disorder really is. I really hope we can both get better and be free from appearance obsessions💓
I can relate to this. Normally I don't put on make-up but I feel so pressured to put it on when everyone around me looks gorgeous 24/7. I understand the importance of pretty privilege and people will judge you harshly if you don't look like them. It's a dilemma but thanks for sharing this ♥️ You're naturally pretty btw
The fact you push yourself to keep trying is very attractive! Don't take that wrong, I'm just giving you my personal opinion! You're a strong person, and I'm very happy You're trying new things to make yourself feel good! Keep up the good work!
I saw one of my first videos from you a while ago when i was trying to search for videos on living with being ugly because they are very comforting since i am ugly and your videos were the ones i related the most to and the ones that finally made me feel understood although i did think you were pretty unlike me. If you want to know what makes you pretty is that you have nice plump lips a symmetrical face, high defined cheeckbones, and a nice eye area additionally your nose is small and you have a good face shape. When seeing you first old videos about how you were in highschool and when i learn about your family i understand what led you to feel like that. Anyways so i love your videos and they are one of my biggest sources of comfort you are helping thousands of people to feel understood. I hope you get better and feel pretty and confident.
@@CrookedLadyVery true that's why looks mean very little when I was younger the types of girls I found attractive were more standard like everyone else but it became very limiting I'd only be attracted to certain types of women I didn't like that so I changed what I found physically attractive and that opened my mind up of course I'm not perfect but my view on what's physically attractive is much broader😊see I pay attention to weight hair skin hygiene when talking about physical attractiveness symmetry has a role as well but remember this is without personality now with a good personality especially if it meshes with my own her looks can jump up significantly if she's average looking well anyways that's my 2cents😎
I don’t wear makeup either unless it’s to cover up my acne spots/scars. I think skincare is more important and I’m not just saying that because I struggle with acne 😅 You can’t build a beautiful house if the foundation is bad. I feel like we’re twins because I use all the same products and vitamins 😂 You definitely don’t need makeup, you look beautiful without it. If wearing it makes you feel more confident then go for it! Glad to see that you’re doing better ❤
I hear you! I'm a little overweight and really embarassed of what people may think of me. Even though I'm not that big but in my mind I'm huge. You look really pretty today, I doub't you've seen my previous comments but here's another one for to remind you that your pretty.
Me too as I got older it became much easier to accept myself, I used to think about my looks nonstop it really doesn't help to do that, so nowadays when j go out I focus on things like trees, nature, birds and it sounds weird but it actually helps ease my mind, have a great day 😉
Just stay healthy and exercise (proper hard exercise, just going for a walk is great but not enough). If you are fit and healthy then you have nothing to worry about.
Your skin looks very healthy you do a good job in careing for it😊a suggestion though cbd oil infused lotion it'll keep your skin healthy and it's good you don't wear makeup most people don't understand how much damage makeup does to the skin natural is the way to go😁
yes, we do want videos like this because this one is very relatable! i understand you on a deep level because i've been through this. (it's not completely gone now, just much better). thanks for letting me know that there are people with the same thoughts as me.
New subscriber to your channel! I’m a very genuine person so hope u believe me when I say you look amazing without makeup and there is too beauty in that face of yours, you truly are pretty❣️😉
Hi! Nice to see you and listen to you again.. Without makeup ,you don't only feel pretty but also you're pretty!! Bye and take care.. Hugs from Colombia!)
Hey i love your videos because your problems are so much like mine and your videos really helped me get through mine so thanks and ive been watching you since you started this channel💯❤️
You’re so precious you express yourself so eloquent you have such a pretty smile. I’m happy you’re doing better you’re very attractive, young woman. God bless you.😊❤
No way, she’s a freaking 10!!! Naturally stunning! The “influencers” you see on instagram are all wearing SO MUCH MAKEUP and edit their pictures. She is honestly gorgeous in my opinion
If you think being ugly is worse , you dont know worst , how it feels 24x7 suffering multiple OCD. You dont need everyone's validation to be happy , you are worthy , you are beautiful. :)
I LOVE the sound of your voice!!! I could listen to you talk for ever!!!! You are super awesome and amazing and such a wonderful and pretty person!!!!!
I never take interest in women with make up, to some sound like my taste would be boring but i just believe you should see people as they are, if your gonna like someone like them for their true self, its either you will or you wont, so when i see makeup only think that pops through my mind is that its fake and i cant unsee it.
How i feel about myself is not mostly about what i look like, though i could name a billion flaws its what i think people will think of me for them. I feel like my inner turmoil lives on my face and so i feel like christianity has been helping me feel good about myself, It makes me feel more obligated to do good even if it takes alot out of me Im trying to focus on those things instead. You look great btw, I used to be in the discord but I'm not sure if it closed or i was kicked but yeah I've continued to watch your journey and im so happy to see you pushing yourself to value your wellbeing by dwelling less on it, i'd been hoping to see that from you.
I used to wear more makeup in highschool, it’s so hard to feel pretty without it due to beauty standards now. But with good skincare it def helps lessen insecurity over not wearing any
Some days I look in the mirror and I feel very attractive, and other days (like today) I look in the mirror and I get so disappointed by the way I look, the whole day is ruined. Do you also have this problem?
@@YasinSamalI did that. I stopped looking in the mirror and I felt so much better about myself. It made me completely forget about being ugly. Even though some people unconsciously tell me I'm ugly like staring at me weird. It still really helped.
I never wear make-up day to day, but whenever I see friends or family, I feel like i have to wear makeup. I feel too ungly without it meanwell my friends look pretty with or without make up. I'm also overweight rn, and my face has broken out, so I feel terrible about my appearance as usual. I also just don't have a nice face to look at. Edit: One of the things that helps me feel less ungly is doing my nails. I dont get them done professionally because I'm broke af but just painting them and making them look good is fun.
@@brushcrawler8612 nobody wants to feel ugly cuz nobody wants to be ugly, who would want to be/ feel like someone that is hated in society? She has body dysmorphia, the least thing she wants is to feel ugly
I say unto you that you are a very beautiful girl. You have supporters and a mirror, if you'll not believe them you'll not believe others no matter how many times they tell you.
I’ve found that I sometimes have flare ups of seb derm whenever I have any foods containing refined sugars or other added ingredients that could be inflammatory in nature. Avoiding all sugars, including maltodextrin, seed oils can massively help skin conditions. Just generally reducing carbohydrates has helped many people with their skin and weight.
With regards to diet remember you dont need to do a lot at once because that can be overwhelming, take baby steps, make small improvements here and there and eventually you make a lot of progress as time goes on.
I dont like makeup either dear. I think it breaks the outside of who we are a bit. Makeup is for some and natural are for many. Whatever floats the humans boat, love you tons💞💜🩷🧡💜🤭💜💗💜💙💜💞💖🩷💖🧡💖🩷💖💗💜
See, I have ictheosis, (similar to excema, but more severe). I've had good luck with Gold Bond healing lotion. If I skip a day, I'll definitely feel it. My skin will be dry, flaky, itchy, and such. If I skip a week, I will develop lizard-like scales.
You realize that you are "Fair Skinned" so you would want to hydrate as much as possible with the Gold Bond. Another thing I'm curious about is how the Eczema affects you and what do you use for it. I had it when I was younger but it didn't last that long. Love your Tie Dye Shirt BTW. One other thing is have you ever tried "Clinique" skin products. My Brother used them and they really helped.
If you're not a vegetarian, it might be worth trying the Carnivore diet. Mikhalia Peterson said it fixed a lot of her health problems (including skin problems, OCD, and depression) when nothing else worked.
Can I just say some people think they are ugly because they unconsciously hate their parents and because they see their features on themselves they get self conscious obout their look
You know it doesn't matter how you view yourself because remember you said you liked women and i find it very hard to believe women don't find you attractive even really good looking women would like you its doubtful you wouldn't get approached if you went out somewhere and tried to meet someone you're the perfect storm not too feminine but not masculine see there shouldn't be a problem meeting someone or having someone find you attractive it's all about whats inside
Here's a compliment nobody has ever given you there's no mistaking you for a guy your definitely a girl and I've seen a lot of women that are easily mistaken for guys so there you go😊
