@@Mitch-sg3jr try boiling hot water and rub some Vick's vapor rub on your chest, throat, behind your ears and under the sides of your jaw. Once you do that put a towel over your head and inhale the steamy water for about 10-15 mins. It works for me.
Finally somenone who understands me!! If I'm lying down on one side and my nostril gets clogged I have to switch over for it to get unclogged and then after a while my other one gets clogged. I try sleeping on my stomach and just switching my head because this happens to me all the time, even when I'm not sick.
The first method didn't do a jack squat for me. The second one kind of worked, but I had to hold my breath for 35 seconds. My left nostril cleared up, but now the right is stuffy.
You know what’s working for me? Fasting for 24 hours. I think my body is able to clean out the sinuses and repair itself after giving it a break from all the work is has to do related to eating/digestion.
Yo, doing push up’s actually helped within seconds. I’m sure it’ll just clog back up soon, but still that sweet relief even for a few minutes is worth it.

Yes, both these options works great. However, if you’re actually sick your stuffy nose will come back within seconds. So, this is simply a quick fix for those who aren’t truly sick
So disappointed to read this but had my sneaking suspicions hence reading all this. Time to prepare for ‘bed’ a few passed out hours until I desperately need water and then have to run to the bathroom in the next hour 😩
@ankanhaldar1130 It's been a permanent fix for me. If you press just above your nose with right middle finger and pull up the skin, then compress the bone between the eyes while circling the finger for 30 seconds at a time, it works.
@JohnBobRoger The way that works best for me is to press at the very top of the nose (lower forehead), hold it, and move up until you feel the eyes stretching. Then, do firm circles for 30 seconds. Works very quickly. Have to find the money spot.

Omg the 2nd one worked like a charm! I actually felt the sensation of my sinuses clearing up! 🤯 I think the trick is to ensure to tip your head back at the right angle such that your neck is kinda straining and it's kinda hard to breathe lol. Idk what angle is that degree-wise but I hope this works for everyone else as well.

Try lying on your side on your shoulder then like bring your head vertical to your shoulder thats not been layed on. Stay for few seconds or min works for me dk why

I woke up near around 5 am. With this sudden feeling of thinking, I was suffocating because half of my face felt like it was pressed in, and I was struggling to breathe from my nose, and my throat felt like it was closing up. Mind you, I've been dealing with sinus pressure and infection ever since 2022 and have been taking immunotherapy droplets prescribed by my ENT since March 2023 and have not noticed any significant changes. Epip it’s hard to, honestly I can never sleep when both of my nostrils are clogged so I take sleeping pills that knock me out or u can try doing push-ups, it only temporarily unclogs ur nostrils but it feels good
Try earthing, it's good at preventing stuffy nose and other health problems. Go DIY a grounding mat, pillow or sheet for home use, it's simple,cheap and effortless.

Both methods actually worked for me with limited success. Even a little instant improvement was a relief. Had to repeat a couple times but good lawd, it’s nice to have something so simple.
It usually stops when I put another pillow under my head to make me taller but tonight this damn thing thinks it’s funny to not work even when I stand up it won’t go away anymore
