If there's been cheating, on either side I suggest cutting it off completely. Perhaps women are more forgiving of cheating, I don't know. But my ex got with another guy on a break, she said it was r@pe. Slowly I realised she lied and it was never the same after that. I too ended up cheating to get back at her, and the magic was gone. Wish you the best in life and love. Have high standards, that's the best advice I can give, and be a great partner too, they will reciprocate. If they don't, walk out the door.
If you’re watching this, it’s too late. The best thing you can do is move on and better your life. When you do that you’ll find a girl that’ll make you forget all about the one you lost and you’ll build new memories. I know it can be very sad and almost impossible to grapple with because you were so close to your ex and shared your life with them. But the best thing you can do is just do everything in your power to better your life so a few years from now you’re in a better spot to make things work and get the love and relationship you want.
Sometimes that is the case, sometimes it isn't. It really just depends. Also, not all relationships can be salvaged or should be salvaged, so it depends on what really happened and how healthy or unhealthy the relationship has been or if it's worth a second go. Only you would know that for sure.

If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. This depends on the progress. Ideally wait for your ex to reach out sometimes as well. If you sense she's pulling back, then you should do the same and give space for a few days/weeks depending on how the last interaction went.

Stop inviting her if she's clearly not ready yet. Focus on texting and try not to meet up when one of you or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. No contact means cutting off unnecessary communication with your ex in any way, shape or form for at least 30 days. It also means ignoring unimportant or random messages from your ex for at least 30 days straight. This also involves NOT looking at any of your ex's online profiles so you won't overthink things. In other words, the "no contact" period is a time where you fully focus on yourself and take time to heal.

How long has it been since the breakup? If you can, give it a couple weeks first because perhaps he's not ready to deal with any of this yet. If you urgently need your stuff back, however, you can contact his family or mutual friends to try to get them to pick up your stuff from him.

Umm so i have a bit of a weird situtation here My gf broke up with me (like 3 days ago) because she had problems and stuff to worry about in her private life. You can politely decline especially if she's already seeing someone else. Don't be a backup plan. Assess the risks first if it's all worth it.
