I have a friend who lost 35 kg in a year by using intermittent fasting. He was 115 and now he is 80. Still he is doing it as his ideal weight as per his BMI is 65 to 72.

Hi Ayesha... After covid infection m struggling with weight gain. It's been more than half year I am still gaining weight.... I do workout on daily basis as I do before covid infection and doing every possible thing to lose weight but still not succeeded. Plz make a video on it.

Lemon water Breakfast : 21 almonds 1 egg omlet 1 brown bread 1 bowl sald plus 4 table spoon chana. 1 brown bread piece 12 table spoon Salan. 5 to 6 kilometer cycling or walking before sleeping. Another diet plan cinnamon water 4 egg white omlet plus 1 fruit brown bread piece. 12 table spoon chana plus salad 350 gram grilled chicken or fish. You can only lose weight if you are truly wanting it. Weight loss is hard and easy if you are committed it is easy. If you are not committed weight loss is hard.
Sure there are ways but honestly loosing more than 1 or 1.5 kg per week isn't healthy. Still if you persist over that, you should try to avoid any oily or carby food. Try to eat more meat but not beef, as more protein helps you to grow your metabolism rate which eventually create more growth hormones. Also, do some high intensity exercises before you go to bed at night, as we burn more calories while sleeping rather than any time of the day. But before that, do some high intensity exercise any night and check if your heart beats get normal in a minute, if not then it's better to consult professional directly.
