Breeny- I'm watching this and I just started sobbing. I've been watching your videos this past year and I don't leave comments, but I needed you to know that this is what I needed to hear and wanted to thank you for making this video. I've been a in relationship with a man for almost 2 years, who has consistently broken my heart and disappointed me. I have done so much for this man, and given him so much of myself. Deep down I have known for awhile that his 'I love you's' have been empty. This man has been emotionally abusive and occasionally put his hands on me, and I've justified his actions by thinking it's my fault. The past month that facade has been withering, and I've been dealing with this painful relationship with my therapist. I know it's time to let go, no matter how much I want to hold on.

Love is the only thing in this world that does not hurt. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts. Envy hurts. Being cheated on hurts. But love is the only thing that does not hurt!

I feel like I've been on this journey with you Breeny since you posted your how to: Level up mentally video back in December. December of 2018 is when I was brought to my knees and realized I had to turn my life around. For the past three years I have felt like I had lost myself, I was slipping away from my faith and was rapidly losing any semblance of self-worth. When I saw that video, I saw with new eyes that my intrinsic value is NOT dependent any anything other than God, which I had heard in different words before, but your ability to reach me in that dark place changed me. I really believe God was speaking to me through you. It makes me so happy to see how boldly you proclaim your faith and I'm learning with time, He is the only one I have confidence in and He is transforming you, me, your audience, and millions more. Thank you for this video and for what you do. You have helped me more than you know. I'm so happy to hear you have found someone you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with and I think its like you said, you had to experience God's love to really know what love is.
