Strawberry bun
(Ingredients) 8 piece
300g Bread flour
3tbsp (30g)sugar
2/3tsp (4g) salt
1tsp (4g) instant yeast
120g frozen strawberries
120g hot water
(Summary of how to make)
Crush the thawed strawberries and add hot water
Add all ingredients and mix until the whole is pink
Spread the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
Stretch the dough, fold it and repeat 10 times
Warm in a 60C (140F) degree water bath and proving until doubled
Degas the dough and cut into 8 equal parts
Roll and line up on the top plate, secondary proving until doubled
When the dough swells enough
Bake in an oven preheated to 160C (320F) degrees for 15 minutes
