Love your videos. I have a question. I'm getting a sensor error saying I need to clean them. I opened them all and cleaned them but it still says it needs cleaning. What else could it be? I had to take it all apart to replace the motor. Please help.

It's a motherboard issue... Need to replace. Anti drop sensor component heat up n stop working that's why reverse n stop after few seconds..

Our Deebot Ozmo T5 has been a great machine over the past couple of years. However, after sending it in for repair, we have a strange issue. When it is returning to the docking station, it is slow and does this strange side to side motion slowly. I could understand if it was doing this prior to the final line up at the dock to make sure it is lined up, but it does this all the way from the back room. It appears to be taking baby steps instead of just driving slowly and straight to the dock. Can you offer any advice on this?

Hi, I would like to kindly ask you. What if 2 antidrop sensors does not light? It there any replacement? Or any idea which diod to buy and how to solder them (there are 4 colours and not sure which is positive and which negative)? Thank you a lot.

Good question...sir if u confrm that its anti drop sensor issues then u can order online that part for ur Pacific model...i hope they can sale sensors if online available...or if u r in Technical line then i can help u to test...in anti drop sensor there are always 2 color lights i can see...black n white...easily available in any electronic shop....just replace lights that's all ...white colo send signal n white one catch back those signals then deebot can sense that how far it is from obstacle....

This was very helpfull. Our vacuum is an Ozmo 930, and sometimes when it starts, it goes forward and then to one side. Other times it just stays at the same place, and we can't fix it. With this video we checked the laser distance sensor and all the anti fall sensors, but the bumper sensors do not show any light. What can we do about that?

In 930 bumper sensor are different.. won't show light like other models

Hi Sir, do you have any video on the water reservoir sensor? My T8 is stuck on Mopping mode even with the small reservoir removed. The App keeps saying to remove and clean the reservoir after is done, this is also preventing the machine to go into carpets. Thank you.

I bought a T8 about a year ago and it's the biggest heap of junk that was ever made. I have constant problems with. Sometimes it refuses to go on the charger so I had to put a piece of cardboard down to solve that issue. Last week one of the drive wheels decides it wants to quit working every few minutes and you have to turn the power off to get it going again and then after several days of that it miraculously fixed itself. This week it won't vacuum at all because of anti drop sensor malfunctions. It's a $600 piece of garbage!!

My deebot map keeps getting created after few rounds of cleaning. So deebot gets confused and returns to charge after cleaning only 1 room. I tried remapping. It is coming back to charge after mapping the first room. LDS light is working. But can't figure if it is rotating like in your video. Please suggest.

My deebot isn't cleaning my black carpet in the living room and also gets confused in the routes if it's on the rug accidentally... Can u suggest a remedy for this

I have a DE5G.10. It's only a few months old, but it won't charge. I tried the troubleshooting suggestion in the manual......3 times....3 minutes. More than once. No luck. Any suggestions?

Hi! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!! I can see only radar light. But i can't see any of front bumper and drop sensors' light. The deebot says "clean my drop sensors". But cleaning doesn't help. all six sensors doesn't work. Is it a motherboard problem?

Most likely is just Anti drop sensors need to replace... sometimes signal not functioning n some times vrecever not working.. that's all...

Im having the same issue but only on the anti drop sensors on the bottom (6 in total). They are not lighting up. The bumper and top sensors are working fine in my deebot t8+. I have ordered the left and right sensor replacements to see if that works. If that doesn't work I will have to replace the motherboard.

Hi my cleaner is not mopping. I have used detol just once. And it's not dispensing water anymore. Can you tell how can I clean it or whom can I contact for the same ?

Hi, i have deebot 950 for 2 year , the problem is at night schedule cleaning it work fine and the morning it work great but at a noon around 3pm suddenly runing to every whare sometimes it not moving, runing back and spinning, and sometimes it's not compleate the job but on notification it say completely or ended manually, but again in night its work great, is there a solution? Thanks

Hi sir, thansk for your video . it is informative. i had a Deebot DN 320 model, purchased from China. i had the anti drop sensor and LDS issue. the wheel holder is torn, so i had replaced a new one. but the machine still send the message to clean anti drop sensor. after i click start button, the robot will move few steps, then it will stop there sending the message that to clear the anti drop sensor. Could you advise? thanks

When deebot stop so plz count the beep sounds...1,2,3,4 or 5 beeps...then let me know. I'll inform you what's the issue n Solution for that

hello. three sensors on the right were not working. I replaced these sensors. I see the sensors lights up but the error persists. do you have any idea what i should do?

Most likely left side sensors spoil because of vacuum fan flow to left side...plz try to replace left side sensors.. hopefully will be ok

Hi sir, i have the 950 model, i get the drop sensor error. With my camera i noticed that none of those 6 sensors are working. Sensors in bumper do work. The model has been used only 1-2 times with water, i don't see any corrosion marks at all, also inside the unit. Any idea on what part can be broken? Mainboard?

usually its mainboard problem if all sensors are "dark"

Indeed replacement of the mainboard did resolve the issue. Thx for the advice. Deebot should make their models more durable, mainboard failure after less then 3 years and only weekly using it 1-2 hours...😢

Is it normal for the T8 AIVI to make a small and tiny whirring sound. It goes away when it is on the charger and comes when it lifts off the charger.

Good day sir. How are you? You mentioned there are 6 anti drop sensors plus 2 more near the water tank. I could not find the other 2 near the tank. Is there a diagram or photo showing these 2 sensors? My T8 keeps saying to clean the anti drop sensors. I already clean all 6 sensors i could find and I could also see the UV light from the 6 sensors using a camera phone. Please help. Thank you very much in advance.

Sorry for the late response ... total 6 anti drop sensors include those 2 located next to vacuum fan...now I already uploaded few videos about sensors n reverse issue... from there eaisly you Will understand about those sensors

@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 I managed to take everything apart and got to the sensors few months ago. One of the infrared receiver was faulty. I bought a new receiver online for few cents and replaced the old one. Everything is working like new now and managed to save my money getting someone else to fix it. Thank you for your videos. It guided me alot.

Thanks for the tip. The Deebot warns that the anti-drop sensor need cleaning, but even after numerous attempts of clearing any debris, the warning signal still persists. Pls help

Actually T5max, 920, 950, t8, T8aivi & t8 plus these models got 6 anti drop sensors.. & 2 anti drop sensors just next to water tank...when Customer hold the deebot weather its not functioning but still few drops of water remain in pipeline so once we hold the deebot in hands those drops drip n go one side...maybe left or right n touch with anti drop sensor that's the reason why in these models anti drop sensors error appear....so make sure when u hold in hands clean either u shake the deebot 2-3 times so water fully drop on the floor or wipe it with tissue paper then will not give u this problem...now need to send back to service center so they replace anti drop sensor then will be ok

Hello I have a deebot 950 and I replaced all six fall sensors but the robot keeps telling me to clean the sensors what I did wrong? Can it be the motherboard? I don't see any lights on

Use soft cloth wipe from top n sides n use cotton buds to clean LDS sensors looks like 2 eyes... Some times belt stuck n break that's why also some time it won't move... U can touch gently with pen n turn few rounds if belt stuck only then it will start functioning again as normal
