It's hard for me to really open up like this about my history with disordered eating/my weight here on RU-vid but I think it's important to spread awareness about these sorts of mental health 'struggles'; it's healthy for me & hopefully it can make one of you feel less alone in your own personal battles. Thank you for listening ♥

One of my favorite quotes is, "You can be a masterpiece and a work-in-progress at the same time." It's okay to want to change your body, while also appreciating it and feeling gratitude for everything it does. I'm wishing you the best, Cassie!

Cassie, I completely understand. I'm at my heaviest ever, and it's affected what I can do, too. You talking about being out of breath and stuff is exactly what I'm going through. Also, the "body positivity community" has an adverse effect sometimes. There's nothing wrong with helping ourselves feel better physically. You should watch Glitterandlazers most recent sit down video. She is spot on.

Disordered eating can feel like such an "easy" way to take the reigns when stressed, sad, etc. For me it can completely control me. All I begin to think about is food or lack of it. It's exhausting. Cassie, I love you and lots of people care about you deeply. Thank you for sharing ♥️

I don't want to preach, so I'll tell you a story. You know, your body type is very similar to mine, and I always look to you for clothing advice. We are beautiful. My mom was like your mom. She used to put pressure on me when I was a child to lose weight. She had been "very heavy" in school and struggled herself with dieting. Recently Mom was going through some photos of herself when she was at her thinnest, and she said something I never thought she'd say. "Wow, I look like death warmed over. I regret spending so much time worrying about getting skinny. I look at you and think how beautiful you are and wonder why I couldn't look at myself the same way." She's 61. I hope you can see how beautiful you are before we're that old. 💕

My mom was a model when she was in high school. Since about 12 I compared myself to her modeling card measurements. I never met them but at my smallest I was close. She looks back at pictures of when I first started becoming obsessed with weight and says I was anorexic, why didn’t anyone tell me. We all did. It’s weird the stuff we pick up on without even realizing it.
@LaLaBlahBlahh

Yeah I used to be very thin when I was 18-21 and I honestly looked so ill.. I remember thinking that if I just got thinner I’d look better and have less problems with myself. I only realised that wasn’t the case, and also that my problems were deeper when I actually got that thin and still wasn’t happy with myself.
@homemakerhobbit4372
@homemakerhobbit4372 3 года назад
I would like to add that I understand that eating disorders aren't something you can just turn off. It's not a matter of being told "You're Beautiful!" And you look in the mirror and go "Hey yeah! Now I'm all better!" And it goes away. I understand it doesn't work like that.

I think that body positivity movement has really gotten off course and I feel you are mixing two different trains of thought here. Health should always come before looks! It does not have to be one extreme or the other - body positivity or diet culture - why not go for a achievable middle ground? And any kind of 'movement' that makes you feel gulity for trying to change your eating habits and start moving more so you can feel better in your body is just horrible 😡 I am glad you reached out to someone and hope you go on with doing what is best for you ❤

Thank you. Im sick of this whole movement era that were in. Why do ylu need to label yourself. O had a child and gained weight and while I love my body now too as I look more feminine with some weight, I also know that I want to lose 20 pounds. Doesnt mean I dont love and appreciate my body for creating a human, but why do we always have to be extremists. I would never change the experience of havibg my child and gaining the weight, but I also think theres nothing wrong to limit yourself calorically in a healthy way and lose weight. Jesus like do people have to either stuff their mouth and get fat or starve? Why cant we eat our maintenance or slighly under and exercise

@sandranorum6125 3 года назад
YES! I love this. I will never understand how people who claim to be body positive are so negative when it comes to people trying to take better care of their bodies in the way that works for them. I am personally not healthy. I’m not currently overweight (although I have been recently) but I am not healthy. I don’t take very good care of my body, and that makes me sad. I struggle with depression and cptsd, so I try not to be too hard on myself, but I am. I feel like I ”should” be able to motivate myself to cook more and go go the gym, and when I don’t... well, let’s just say my brain isn’t very kind to me. I’m trying to better my health (and many more aspects of my life). And I have the utmost respect for people who dedicate time and effort in order to feel better in their bodies (regardless of size/weight). I wish people would support others in doing what they feel is best for them. No one should have to be attacked for gaining healthier habits. Taking care of your own health is not the same as shaming others. It baffles me that some people seem to see it that way.
@fusionpunk1346
@fusionpunk1346 3 года назад
@@sandranorum6125 im sorry youre going through all this. I can honestly say having a child is what forced me to take care of myself because i had to cook and eat better so i can feed my child better. You dont necessarrily have to even go to the gym, but this whole intuitive eating crap is getting out of hand in that women feel they should be able to eat junk all day and then complain that they are not feeling good. Sometimes tough love is the best. You can do it, you can eat better and you can love yourself. So just try harder and you got this !. Also, on another note, why is it so bad to want to be attractive. My whole life ive been shamed because i had a tiny waist and big boobs and constantly being told im not a REAL woman because I have an ubrealistic body was just as damaging as someone being called a whale. Its not fair that women bring each other down. Yes, we cant all look a certain way, but we CAN all look OUR best because whoever says looks dont matter is lying to themselves. Should it be that way ? Thats another question. The point is that it IS that way and we have to stop trying to change society and years of sexual and biological attraction and try to look our best if we want to not feel like shit. Idk im a realist, not an idealist so I dont understand people like Cassie because shes so sensitive about everything yet if shes truly happy about her body then she can ignore everyone, but obviously shes not happy, so why not change something

Cassie, I hope you don’t take this the wrong way, but seeing a therapist may be the better than losing weight. You deserve to feel better about your body and your self. I know you tried going for the dermatolomania back when you were on the doctors, but therapy and counseling take years. I’m not sure if you’re still going to therapy? And I don’t want to be those kinds of people that throw all these solutions at you ,but I feel for you friend. I’ve been following you for a good while and I appreciate you being so candid about your feelings. It makes you so relatable, but I still wish the best for you and hope that you can push through this funk. I believe in you!

I eat anything I want, in moderation, and I walk every day (park, trail, grocery store). If I want to stay home, I play music and dance. Take it from me. It is soo much harder to loose after you hit 40. You start to get health problems, some of them caused by being overweight, some not. Your mobility can be affected and it becomes harder and harder. I used to be unhappy about how I looked being overweight and now I’m scared that my life will be cute really short because of the health problems that have happened because of the weight. My mobility has worsened dramatically over the last couple years to the point that I spend a lot of my days in bed and everyday normal things are becoming harder to do. Very scary. I really hope you can do better than I have.❤️

A few things that I hope will help: 1. Work on talking to yourself the way you would talk to others. Be honest with yourself that you need to make a change, and that is ok. I used to beat myself down too, way too critical and I realized I would never treat another person that way. 2. You can make a change for the better. If you’re not happy you can make things better for yourself little by little. Make a journey that you enjoy to get to your goal. Make it fun for yourself, because why not? Life is short 3. Definitely go outside, if you can find a nice open space. Maybe that’s your parking lot early in the morning when no one is out, or maybe you’re fortunate to have a nice park nearby. Being locked inside made me very sluggish, we’re not designed to be this way as humans.

Docs are recommending taking Vitamin D. It has mega benefits for our mood, and we are not getting out into the sun as much PLUS it's a weapon against COVID, so it's a triple hit. My doc prescribed Vitamin D3 (25micrograms/1000 unit) 2 capsules every morning with my morning meds. I like the oil capsules, not the tablets. It has made a HUGE diff. If we don't feel good, it's impossible to get up for any consistent activity that might make fitness possible.

I know how tough it is, I'm a uk 18 at the moment, I was at my biggest at a 22 after my Dad died suddenly from a heart attack. After a few years I lost a huge amount of weight and go down to a size 12-14. I don't think I've ever commented here before, but I've been watching for years, and I think you are lovely. Is there a way for you to make the numbers (pounds, calories, etc.) a secondary focus, and have your primary goals be all the "non-scale victories" instead? I feel like... being healthy isn't about "losing weight". I fully understand what you mean about not feeling comfortable in your body. If losing weight happens... then fine. But that should not be the focus. The focus should be, health. Moving your body, sweating, increasing your heart rate. Eating nutrients stuff to fuel your body. Focusing on that and less on the weight. Don't talk yourself out of getting healthy. I can love my body, but also know, I dont feel the best right now so I need to change some habits. Body positivity doesn't have to mean only loving youre heavier self body and loving your "thinner" body. It means, being healthy and accepting how that looks for you. I had been in a bad slump the past 6 months. Quarantine really messed me up too. I noticed as soon as I started getting some exercise, focusing on health foods, my mental state also started to improve. There is a huge correlation with how we eat and exercise, and our mental health. Youre not crazy.

Cassie. I used to be 360 pounds. I lost half of myself and have never been happier. My body is still not ideal but i feel like I'm walking on air. While i will never be fully happy and have dealt with depression and i have struggled with laziness especially during this pandemic and definitely have not done as much as I've used to but I'm slowly getting back. I think it is a good idea to try to work on your health. Yes all bodies are beautiful but there is no denying that i feel way better than I ever have with all those pounds gone. Here is an idea. Why don't you make your weight loss/ health journey on your channel as a new series? Get us involved and help inspire those who need it. I'm sure many of us would want to do this with you. Perhaps it will help keep you accountable and going on the right path? We love you Cassie!

We should have some sort of support group. Our own weight watchers thing where we hold each other accountable. I’ve never been overweight or felt like I was, but this quarantine fifteen has made me seriously self conscious. I would love a fitness goal buddy. Maybe do a series and we trade recipes and workouts and accountability.

Cassie, I’m 50 years old and it took most of my life up till three years ago to find my sweet spot with my eating disorder. What you are describing is exactly how traumatised I was at all times by food and my weight. To suggest to someone with erratic, yo yo dieting and a true mental illness to simply not eat for certain times during the day and then enjoy all your favorite foods for a small window during the day sounds dangerous and a terrible way suggestion. Eating like this has removed not only weight but my food trauma has gone forever. I’d even say saved my life. So whilst intermittent fasting worked for me I’m not suggesting that you do it... for me it worked and my eating disorder is under control. I started by doing 16/8 and eased into OMAD. Now I’ve been the same weight for a couple of years I’m back to 16/8. I don’t think about what I eat just when I eat it. Good luck! You’ll get there xx

So similar in so many ways. Let it out and feel all the emotions. Don't try to bottle it up and don't try to stop it from happening. Emotions are good and it's okay to unravel. It makes you human, it shows your strength. Keep Being you, Cassie. You are loved and very lovable. Also, I want to add that you have grown so much in the last couple of years. Thank you so much for talking about this. I feel like a resonated so much with your story, and I remember a similar story from the sixth grade with my thinner friends. I was a competitive dancer and again had a picture with my team in high school which sent me into a frenzy. After having my routine and plan for the next year ruined, I haven’t been happy for a while. The more time I spend at home the more I look at mirrors and pick myself apart. I don’t really know if there will ever be a time I am happy with the way I look, but I wish you luck because you deserve to be happy.

Losing weight for health reasons is better than than losing weight to please everyone and their opinion of how you look. STOP worrying about what other people think or what they will think, that is the first step to a mental healthier you. I have been in the spot you are at many times and it is still hard but I had to make myself stop worrying about what others thought of me and get of social media because it was Toxic for me. Make yourself happy and screw everyone else that is negative to you. I wish you the best we love you.🙏🏼🌻

Cassie you are a beautiful person! Inside and out. But I know that no matter how many people tell you that it doesn’t make a difference from personal experience. My biggest problem is stress eating. Every one I know says “oh I’ve been so stressed and depressed I’ve lost my appetite and lost weight” I have the opposite problem. I don’t know how to fix it. I feel like I’ve given up. I hope that you will Include us in your journey so we can do it together. You are such an inspiration!

Going by your channel, you are very popular, contrary to what you believe. If you get upset over comments, fact of the matter is, the nicest person in the world will get 'nasty' remarks - it is what it is. I interviewed and worked at an airport : I grew a thick skin pretty fast. Be whatever size you want - my rule of thumb is, if you want to reduce your size, do it slowly - otherwise, it comes back twice as fast.

This made me sad, because you think your weight is your problem, but is how you see yourself if you want to change something that you don’t like, thats great, but is going to be hard if when you look at yourself you see a “gross disgusting monster” :( Please, first learn how to be kind to yourself. "This made me sad, because you think your weight is your problem, but is how you see yourself" Cassie isn't a disgusting monster but she is clearly overweight and the comment section should not be enabling her weight. Being overweight contributes to many health issues later on in life and I don't want to see that happen to Cassie. The CDC says BMI is the second highest predictor on whether or not you will suffer severely from Covid Pneumonia. Cassie is a beautiful, kind girl but she is correct in the fact that she should lose weight(obviously not in an unhealthy manner.)

There are so many internet trolls out there. The struggle you are talking about is something that many of us ( including me) deal with, so you’re not alone. I like to think that if we didn’t struggle then we wouldn’t be the strong ppl that we are now. Your feelings are valid and your perception is your reality BUT changing your POV even just a little can break that cycle of limiting thoughts in your head. Just keep moving toward.

Hi lovely! I have binge eating disorder and actually spent a few months in treatment for it. I 100% understand everything you said in this video. Our stories are identical and you're not alone! The first two years that I was on my own after college I gained about sixty pounds from binging. You have to go easy on yourself and understand that binging is a biological response to prolonged restriction. It sounds like you spent most of your formative years restricting, so your binging totally makes sense and doesn't make you a failure and it isn't something to be ashamed of. Every single body has a set point weight where it functions at it's best, and that set point weight is different for literally everyone. You need to know that what you are going through is so common in eating disorder recovery and looking into resources like intuitive eating, the F*** it Diet, and the Food Psych podcast will be super validating and eye-opening for you! We are in this together. Message me if you need B.E.D resources because I'm like a freaking Eating Disorder Library. Love you so much and keep your chin up

We’ve all been struggling big time. I’ve been in such a dark place with myself, my relationship, my outlook on my body. Having to cope with my partners infidelity & forgiving & trusting again without comparing myself to every woman who comes across my path whether that be irl or online. I had to switch to a job I hate from waitressing which I absolutely loved but couldn’t stay with considering all the COVID shit & not making enough money. I’ve only saw my grandparents twice since March & last time I saw them I had a complete breakdown that I could give them COVID since I lived in a big city & they live in a very small rural town. It’s hard. This whole year has been hit after hit. We’re all feeling the struggle. We’re all here for you & I’m so glad I have my friends & family around me to support me. Stay strong my love ❤️

Years ago a woman I knew slightly walked up, looked me over and said ,”I can tell you put on weight.” I nodded and said, my mother died and I quit smoking. But honestly I wish I hadn’t been honest about it. I wish I had said something smart or snotty! I wish people would keep their criticism or observations to themselves. CASSIE! You are not and never are alone. So many of us feel this exact same way. I've been trying to reprogram myself in how I think about food and my body and myself. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing it on your own accord and at your own pace. You only owe those changes to yourself--not to your fans, not to your haters, not to your friends and family. Anyone who talks down about your body or weight are extremely miserable. I know it's hard to believe that and just brush the hate off, but it is true and important to keep in the back of your mind. And thank you for being so vulnerable on your channel. You are so much stronger than anyone who sends you hate. I wish more people opened up, cried, and shed light on how toxic our society is, especially towards fat and plus-sized folks. You deserve the world and I have no doubt you will get it! ❣️

As someone who has always been bigger than my friends, always “chubby”, the big boned girl, the binge eating, the longing to be skinny. know it hurts. I know it sucks. I’m 36. No one really outgrows feeling bad on certain days. But a few years ago at my heaviest weight, I suddenly didn’t care. And then I found a workout I LOVED to do. I ate normally but healthily for my body. I lost weight. And felt good about it. No more yo-yo diets. And I realized that you get one life, honey. And at the end of this journey I hope you don’t look back and regret worrying and being sad about your body and weight. Repeat after me: OUR WEIGHT IS NOT WHO WE ARE. If you feel like you can’t mentally take care of yourself on your own there are professionals who CAN help. 💗 I hope your days get brighter.

Cassie, I feel you, girl. I binge eat since I was a kid when feeling anguish or alone. I am yet to find another way to comfort myself. But I think food is actually not the worst way of cheering yourself up. What I learn in my journey is 1. My love for food is not going anywhere, I am happy I enjoy it more the most people 2. I love myself in any weight 3. I love going to sport classes I enjoy (dancing, weightlifting, boxing) NOT for losing weight but to feel high on endorphins 4. It’s your own judgement of yourself and your inner comfort that matters the most. I lived in Japan for a long time and was told I am not slim enough even when I was tiny. Just treat your dear self like a precious child. You can be strict with yourself at times, while you love yourself to the moon and back❤️❤️❤️

Body positivity is a good thing, but I personally got to the point where I felt physically uncomfortable in my own skin, and I also wanted to not be out of breath going up a few stairs. I've been dieting in loose parameters of low carb, high fat, and it's been going well for me because I fear counting and stressing about it too much isn't good for my mental health either. It is important to feel comfortable when moving around, just from a health perspective. Take it slowly. Don't "diet" but eat sensibly. Go for regular walks (or swim) or even just dance around the house to music, just to keep mobile. Ignore people who comment on whether or not you've lost weight (and remember, muscle weighs more than fat!!) but take it slowly!! Don't *worry* about what you eat (you may have days when you are less strict than others!!) and to hell with what you look like - it's about feeling comfortable in your body (and being able to get up stairs without huffing!!)

I'm the same way just on the opposite side. I've been slimish most of my life I love food but I have a high metabolism. However, I am a black women and being curvy and thicc and having a butt and boobs is the ideal body type. If you don't have those things then men are not attracted to you. Or you get teased by older women saying you don't eat much or you "need more meat on your bones". So you start to force yourself to eat so much to the point you get sick. Just so you can get accepted. However, with everything going on I've been so stress with life that I haven't been eating as much. Not on purpose of course just by accident. But I'm afraid I'm losing weight and people will start to notice and start teasing. However, watching your video made me realize we need to be healthy for us. Not for society we will never fit there body "norms" because they constantly keep changing them. But anyway, hopefully this made sense but I really appreciate you for being vulnerable and opened.

Hi love. I was in your shoes about 6 months ago, once the pandemic hit my anxiety was at a all time high. I live 8 hours away from family because my husband is in the military. I remember calling my mom during a anxiety attack and I realized I needed to find something to calm myself down. Due to the pandemic I didn’t want to leave the house. I did some research and a lot of people said try yoga and meditation. I searched yoga on RU-vid and that’s where I discovered Yoga With Adriene. I fell in love with yoga. I have been doing it almost every day for these past 6 months and it has changed my life. It helps me focus on my breath and get into my head. In these past 6 months I’ve cut my portions in half and changed my died a little (cutting out fast food, cutting out sugary drinks/soda and eating lots of veggies) and I have lost 38lbs. My goal is getting healthy! Yoga With Adriene has Changed my life. My mental health has been amazing and my physically I feel amazing!

I'm 27 and still struggle with pretty bad acne, shit metabolism, and depression, so I can totally connect with you in these departments. Life sucks when you have to deal with this s-h-i-t, but I guess we just have to do our best and try at least losing the weight if this is what is going to make us happier... Chin up, try changing your routine, health-wise and nutritionally-wise, and maybe you will feel better! I can only hope so 🤍

the italian "husky" thing is italian-american... i've heard in italy how nice it is and how much different the food is, etc..

Around a 3rd of people in Italy are overweight or obese. Europeans in general do lean towards being overweight. I have been to various parts of Europe and fat people are literally everywhere.

00 00 oh yeah? What’s your source for that info? 🤦‍♀️ you being in Europe is literally not the same with me being European and living in Milan, Italy. Of course fat people are all over the world, but I only said that Italians are not genetically husky. Gosh! Are you American, trying to make us think that not only you guys have issues with fat people, or what? 😅

Cassie from my experience always struggling with my weight since I turned 20 and now I am 45! What has always worked for me is consistency. The most important thing is to that you dont have to do crazy drastic changes that are not sustainable or that you hate doing. I finally went fom obese size 16 to a size 10 almost normal weight I have 20 pounds to go. I just did it by walking around my neighborhood everyday for 30min to an hour a day listening to music or a podcast or a book on audible. For 3 straight years. I have lost 55 pounds slowly. Also changed my diet to eating healthy basically cutting processed food but things I enjoy eating. The last 20 pounds I lost doing intermittent fasting which is basically not having dinner.

Intermittent fasting is the key. People will debate constantly what to eat...it really is just timing. Stop with all the small meals or 3 solid meals and small snacks. Eat portion controlled meals. No snacks. One meal...a normal one is ideal but a ton of people will freak out that it is starvation. I've lost 70 pounds on fasting and keto but I believe the key was the fasting. Our bodies need those breaks from releasing insulin which triggers fat storage and prevents the burning of stored fat for fuel. Dr. Fung has an hour long video on here which will explain it all in detail. It changed my life.

I so relate in what u mean: there is a very fine line between not being obsessed with my weight and also wanting to feel good. Healthy. Not tired, sluggish. I also have struggled with undereating, obsessing on exercise, etc. I am trying to move my body gently at least a bit everyday. Eating more mindfully; more whole foods more often than less...and also forgiving myself when i give into a craving. It is so hard....! Big hug Cassie! You are not alone♡

I’ve been struggling with this a lot, too. I have a new job which lets me work from home, and I find my body changing because I’m snacking a lot more and moving around less. What helps me a lot is to watch body positivity content (like Sierra Schultzzie) that emphasizes that all bodies are different and all bodies are beautiful. Especially when it comes to exercise, it should be about celebrating what your body is capable of, not about changing your body. I would get so upset about not seeing changes in my weight when I exercise for a couple weeks and it would make me demotivated. I know it’s a mindset thing and it’s hard to change your relationship with food and fitness but it’s a journey that a lot of us are on. I really enjoy your personality and your content and I hope you find what works for you and feel better!

Cassie ❤️ this is such an honest video, thank you so much for sharing with us! I’m in a similar state of mind for the most part. And a few things help me out: I listen to the ‘Half Size Me’ podcast by Coach Heather - she is amazing and HSM has an online community as well so you should definitely check them out, I highly recommend the show. You might also look into signing up with a wellness coach online to help you taking on different ways to look after yourself and just have someone to talk over matters with in this Covid world. Lastly, I started calorie counting but I’m not too strict about it- I keep telling myself that ‘consistency is more important than accuracy’ as Coach Heather would say.. anyways I’m trying to change the state I’m in now and feel so much better about everything - it’s the not doing anything part is what brings on the depression I feel. Start the journey, we are all rooting for you and going through similar struggles! ❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸

I just turned 45, but can relate to many of your struggles. I'm very sorry. I hope you're doing much better now. I started watching RU-vid videos to help ease my health problems. I, also, have two daughters with issues, one of them with severe autism. I've wanted to start my own channel or blog for well over 5 yrs, but have been afraid of the criticism, tbh. I've had to deal with toxic people and low self-esteem my whole life. Also, seeing myself would be triggering, as you've mentioned. Plus, well, I'm 45. Sigh...I, recently started binging your videos. I find your personality/humor awesome, love your makeup reviews, and vlogs, etc. Thank you for helping my anxiety and depression bc you have made a positive difference in my life.

Our inner struggles are by far the hardest and worst battles. You are not alone in these issues either. Many of us deal with the same internal turmoil daily, but provide the outside world with a smile and fake confidence. You will find what works for you and what makes you feel better. Having "hope" is about the only thing we can have. I, for one, am right along side of you in the same battle. Thank you for sharing! You are truly beautiful, inside and out!

Cassie, I really identify with you as I've spent years feeling uncomfortable with my body shape. However, having recently faced some health scares, and with everything going on in the world, it's made me realise that being healthy is the most important thing. And by the way, I always think you look beautiful - I'd love to have an hourglass figure like yours!

Eating healthy food in moderate portions and getting in deliberate physical movement isn't punishment, and it feels as though you are seeing it as punishment for having "accepted" yourself. You're attaching a moral judgment when no judgment needs to take place. It's just maintenance of your body. Everything needs maintenance. You don't not clean your clothes because you accept them the way they are. You don't not put gas in your car because of some engine positivity community. Clothes need to be cleaned, and your car needs gas. Your muscles need movement, and your body needs healthy food. Start with that mindset (or fake it til you make it), and you'll find out pretty quickly that there is fulfillment in becoming stronger and more physically capable. There is satisfaction in fueling your body with truly nourishing food. Be excited about your new journey!

Cassie, thank you so so so much for sharing this. Your story is very reminiscent of my childhood and life, as someone else who has also struggled with their weight most of their life. I just want you to know you are so loved, so beautiful, and so strong. Thank you for being vulnerable, and for speaking your heart and truth.

Cassie, I feel the same way with photos. I spent almost all my time for over two decades avoiding photos. They make me spiral in ways I can't describe. That didn't change until I really started focusing on my health by myself. And I did all of that privately, I didn't discuss with friends or on Instagram or anything. It felt like it was all for me and I didn't need to justify or apologize for anything. Make your own plan and you fully own it - forget the noise!

My sweet girl-if I could in person give you a hug I so would. So proud of you for putting it out there. It means more than many of us could every convey. Your journey and sharing it will bless others in ways they may not ever be able to personally tell you! I’ve also struggled with how I look at myself. How I feel about myself. And knowing I wasn’t alone in the journal and struggle-truly helped. Praying and sending good vibes your way. Your so strong-and how I know is because your still here! Proud of your valor and strength.
