I've been following the plant paradox since Feb and my diverticulitis flare-ups are now almost negligible, the constant pain in my left quadrant has gone and as a bonus I've lost 7kilos...😊. This has been a game changer and I'm still learning how my body is adapting to a new way of approaching food. 😊
Please read reviews. Originally, I too thought that the sustained release version of the butyrate was a good idea, unfortunately, it is not sitting well with some of the people that take it. Butyrate is a very foul smelling substance, I won't go into detail because that will scare too many of you away. That doesn't mean that your colon doesn't require it. I'm posting because the "nano-encapsulation" method may not be viable in the of the more severe cases.
Does anyone know where the "nano-encapsulated" Butyrate is available? I went to the Pendulum site that Dr. Gundry referenced to find it, but they said it is being discontinued. Such a good video. I have colon cancer in my family, so this really hit home.
I have chronic constipation due to hashimoto's hypothyroidism. I have tried every form of fiber that was recommended to me. You are right grain fiber is a no-no. However inulin, chicory root, is dangerous to people like me. I have extreme bloating discomfort and constipation when I ingest even a little bit of inulin or chicory root. Your advice is good but it just does not go for everybody
I used to not be able to eat anything until I started taking HCL as well as Enzymes, but the HCL definitely was needed. Everyone's case is different though.
Butyrate comes from the Latin butyrum, meaning butter. The word butter derives (via Germanic languages) from the Latin butyrum, which is the latinisation of the Greek βούτυρον (bouturon).
Why don’t you give your opinion on colonoscopy procedure for anyone from 40 to 75, even without any symptoms? The US is the only country that does that.
Are you talking about botanically correct yams used medicinally to help regulate female hormones as being a source of inulin? Most of the so-called “yams” in American grocery stores are not botanically yams, they are actually sweet potatoes. If you eat them at Thanksgiving or in a pie they are sweet potatoes. One originated in Africa and I think the yams were a tuber from South America. They are not related and actual yams can be found in capsules at the health food store or prescribed by a naturopath. The importance for grocery stores to correctly identify vegetables is exceeded by the need for doctors to do so. BTW, I avoid artichoke which I grew up eating in California (mom was from Texas), but they are contra indicated for blood type B and AB, beneficial for the majority types, A and O. This is due to a differing immune response (caused often by lectins, if any, or whether it is otherwise targeted for removal by your system). Food? Poison? We are different.
Yes indeed, a natural remedy and it's called Butter plus if you happen to have ketosis due a low carb diet you will get both benefits. The ketones will feed your good bacteria as well.
I am 35 and I am squeaky healthy 😝😎 I started to learn about health about 8 years ago and improved many things in life that today I can say to my future me that I am healthy. 😌
Say thanks to God. I was healthy 20 years younger than my age almost then COVID hit me , no big deal 2 weeks of flu type symptoms..after I recovered a month later developed something now known as long COVID, fatigue, muscle weakness aching muscles as if I was doing legs day at the gym daily upon waking up. It changed and caused to get grey hair within months . It tooke 2 years to recover..then sadly was infected again and it e back with vengeance this time causing gut issues like bloating too... Be thankful you are healthy appreciate it everyday and don't tell it others because some will envy you and it can affect you spiritually. Best wishes
@@theancientsancients1769 The New world that the elites have planned out for decades is in full force and dumbing us down with distractions, false media etc. Covid is a big one.. it has messed up a lot of people in different ways. it won't work in the final out come.
Chickpeas,Garlic,Apples,Almonds,Soy,Barley,Kiwi,Oatmeal,Brownrice,Fruits,Vegetables,Nuts,Seeds all have Butyrate. All good sources of Butyrate bought from right store.
@@robertoperaza2683 I,m not sure what you mean. Are you saying you shouldn,t eat any or all of these foods,or that if you do,you also get the bad things you mention.I should have mentioned Raw versions of some of these foods that have no additional negative things or ingredients.Raw Almonds,Pumpkin Seeds,Sunflower Seeds, and other raw nuts are excellent.
@@cblack4413 Well, excellent is not a scientific word you can apply to what or how your body process those foods. All the side-effects you get when ingesting those are the result of the plant defending itself against predator. Plants like us want to survive and reproduce, they can't run so chemical substances are they way to say "don't eat me" so expect some sort of inflammation on human body (short or long term) when we eat it. Our ancestors they used to 'process' many of this products by soaking on water, fermenting etc. we just "forgot" how manipulate them due to convenience and we're paying the price. I can't tell you what you eat but I'd definitely suggest you to don't believe all what is said (usually coming from Food Industry). The amounts of As(III) tended to be higher in non-processed nuts (cashews, almonds, pine nuts, walnuts) than in processed samples (salted peanuts, sunflower seeds). Since As(III) is the more toxic form, there is one way to cut down daily arsenic intake if you still like to eat nuts.
@@cblack4413 "Bitter almonds are those that naturally contain a toxin that your body breaks down into cyanide - a compound that can cause poisoning and even death. For this reason, raw bitter almonds should not be eaten. Boiling, roasting, or microwaving bitter almonds may help reduce their toxin content and make them safer to eat."
Hey what is your opinion on cold pressed hemp oil ? Also I had never eaten sour kraut in my life and after 60 days on carnivore I tried it and it is tastes crazy good.
My colon was in a mess thanks to a variety of soluble and insoluble fibre advised by so many. Once I reduced it substantially my chronic digestive problems eased considerably. Fibre feeds good bacteria but it also feeds bad bacteria as well. A fact you won't hear on most of the internet. Six months later on low fibre and low carbs my digestion is better than it has been for many decades. And now I need no doctor's prescriptions and the only supplement I take is vitamin D3/K2.
I have a question: if you don't use antibiotics when your body is sick, there will be two cases: 1, the body will produce substances to resist, and the second case, the body will not be able to. to fight harmful bacteria that cause disease. So we won't know what situation we might be in, so how can we choose the best treatment method? And if we overuse antibiotics, it will also make our body resistant to the medicine. What should I do for the best?
Why colonics is not mentioned, since they could be the mother of all solutions to a problem like this? And the active ingredients could be inoculated from the bottom up.
It may assist . Tumeric has shown strong anti Cancer activity in the bowel. Longvida Tumeric is best form that absorbs . Lycopene has strong anti Cancer activity too which comes from tomatoes . Green tea too and 100 percent dark chocolate cacao. But dark chocolate make sure it has no heavy metals
yes, gundry mentions it in few videos - but as usually, he stress to buy only the best quality, which in this case means - no other sugar, sweeteners, additives added - you have to check for best quality traditional balsamic
