In a rut? Why it may actually be a good thing. 

Happy Sunday! I also have to say I always forget how my body struggles with the winter to spring transition. Coming out of the hibernation mode and everything is blooming and coming back to life, and my allergies are going crazy and I feel both the antsiness of wanting to break outdoors and parts of me that just want to go back to bed :) So lovely to hear from you and appreciate your realness about being on the path.

In the rut sisterhood here 👋 Started a new job recently and it feels like my schedule exploded. We're transitioning into cold weather here in Australia so it just adds to the general 'blah' feeling. Great suggestions, especially getting outside 💛

It is really easy for me to not leave the apt for days, just getting outside can make a huge difference. Thanks for sharing your experience and reminding us how important self care is ❤

That's very common at this time of year (season change, even if you don't feel it, the Earth is shifting!) - oh and it's Mercury Retrograde! I'm not actually sure if that makes a difference but some people think it does. I try to ride the season change hard. Spring? Seed starting and planting (got lots planted already in the hopes of making my small house look like a cute cottage). Lots of cleaning and decluttering. Trying to do a sensory upgrade to my house and living - making things smell good (diffuser or candle), plusher pillows - dryer cycle + those fluffer balls, different foods and spices, etc....And if I can invest in myself a little I do! An interest or talent...doing something with that. Ya know? With my hurt foot I can't get out and walk and I missed llilac season, which is a bummer, but truly there's nothing a long walk can't solve. - Hugs to you Rachel!
