Keenen Ivory Wayans is truly the 🐐 business man of comedy. Not only did he put his whole family on as well as other star comedians, but dude made tv history that would change the NFL forever by stealing 22M viewers to watch that Super Bowl special, which was the prime reason why we now have Super Bowl Halftime Shows 💯💯💯💯
@@Skellybelly-hh8efIt’s true. Before this the SB halftime show was super lame. No one watched it. Living Color came in and did an episode just for halftime. Took so many viewers (including my fam). NFL decided to elevate the half time show the next year with MJ and every year after that always a big musical act.
@@Kidlaw77 wow!!! I witnessed all of it as a child but didn't realize the impact. I knew it was great but not at that level. Thanks for the information!
This was 1992. This was the year my grandmother fully explained the game of football to me. I told her I wanted to talk about football with my friends at school. Rest in peace Granny. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I’m willing to call that bluff ❤❤. Unfortunately a lot of what we knew has to be wiped out in order for fresh ideas to come through. But acting as if we will never see certain talent again has been haunting me in comments . If we were so afraid of censorship and actual hard work we could be better than we ever were . But now that we more technology at our fingertips mfs act like a sketch comedy show and a legacy is just gonna pop out of there ass . But yea unless we get ourselves together first than try and influence a nation we’re gonna stay in the same cycle . I’m just as sad about what I see as yall are .
Here because of Club Shay Shay interview with Marlon Wayans... I never knew that this happened or maybe I just don't remember... I was in high school at the time😮😊 They changed the 1/2 time shows forever.... they got Michael Jackson in 1993 to make sure that this never happened again.. this was very clever of them... mad respect for the Wayans Bothers...
I didn’t realize that without the Wayans brothers Jim Carey wouldn’t be what he is today. If you haven’t watched it yet go check out Club Shay Shay’s interview of Marlon Wayans
