The level of control to execute those moves smooth and slow is nuts...gravity dont care for the beat or knees...slow burn exercise the best, hits all the right places...
Have been doing this for the past 1 week, and am already seeing results!😊 Though i add Hip resistance band(medium) in order to engage the muscles more.
@@claudyflorestal821 I've never even used this guys exercises, but squatting at certain angel does this. I don't know why you need someone else's picture to fo what is right for you. Do this exercises and if after 2 months you still don't notice a change... you can always stop. At least you tried.
Just a side note: For the knees to get better, they need movement. The more the knees move and engage in such exercises, the better they will be. You’re welcome
Yes! I've had bad knees even when I was young & more fit. I wish I knew then what I know now, CBD balm! Helps to ease your way into hard core work outs again & stretching too

As a 50 plus woman who is not very active, I thought “no way” I could do this! I shocked myself after trying it and my knees were not hurting. They need some dw 40 for the creaky muscles now don’t get me wrong lol. But it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be
