I grew in the Caribbean & i can tell you. I have a natural behind...Never heard of BBL until i went to USA and thats after 15 years......We climb trees, walk up a lot of hills going to School, run a lot, carry water for distances. All hes doing is transferring whats being done since childhood in African & Caribbean communities......These are natural DNA

Y'all be questioning every woman that have big butts if their bodies are real because y'all are so used to the fake bodies and y'all don't even know how a real butt looks like anymore. God has blessed us africans with a lot and having beautiful figures and big behinds its also one of them. Unnatural? Lol....we're africans/black women....this big butts thing it's nothing to us because 90% of women here in africa got it naturally. And if the unnatural bodies do exist today its because of us natural women, lol its because they're trying to look like the natural women not the other way around🤷
Ok so I started walking around the house like this last night. I started a little earlier today. I had just made it to the air conditioner to make it colder. I was still into my walk. All of a sudden both legs get a cramp at the same time. The right a little worse than the left. I had to hop on my left leg into the bed room and pray I get there before the left started going full on spazz. I fall on the bed both legs are spazzing out I couldn’t even turn it hurt so bad. Luckily I had just got some ice water and put it on the side table. But I had to crawl across the bed to get to it. I put that on my legs and that started calming them down. Now I’m just laying here 😅

Those that are being negative without even trying, I had an almost flat behind and this really works. Try the exercises first before spreading negativity for those those that are really interested in getting results!

I thank God for finding this channel. I never knew a person could have a real pain in the ass aka glute. I went to therapy for a year for the problem. It was job related. You truly have to exercise glute muscles. I have the hips as well as the ass. Exercising those muscles are good for the spirit and soul as well.

No that’s mostly genetics unfortunately. You can workout but if your body does not naturally store fat in your bottom you can never reach the level of the girl in the video.
