Hey everyone, I'm back today to share with you an interesting and simple recipe that I've chanced upon while eating outside. I've decided to make it with my own style and here's how to make this simple wonder:
Ingredients:
(Pork Marinade)
400g Pork Chops
8 Cloves of garlic
2 stalks of lemongrass
2 stalks of spring onions
1 tsp White Pepper Powder
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp white sugar
2 tbsp honey
(Dipping sauce)
2 bird's eyes chillies
A bunch of cilantro
1 tbsp fish sauce
Juice from one lime
Sugar to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinade the pork for at least 2 hours
2. Fry the pork in a pan or wok until slightly charred
3. Make dipping sauce to go with pork chops
