***Ingredients (for 1 chicken breast) @ mark is your choice
* Chicken meat : 1 (250-300g)
* Green onion : 10g
* Grated ginger : 5g
@ Toppings (cut vegetables)
@ Ponzu vinegar : 100ml
@ Olive oil : 10ml
* Salt and pepper
***Steps
[1] Prepare the chicken.
[2] Boil the chicken, turn off the heat and let stand for 1 hour.
[3] Wrap the chicken in plastic wrap and let cool.
[4] Make the sauce.
[5] Cut the chicken and serve.
***Points to keep in mind
[1] Cut a slit in the chicken with the tip of a knife.
[2] After boiling the chicken, leave it in the water for 1 hour.
