***Ingredients (for 2 servings) @ mark is your choice
* Cabbage : 200g
* Pork belly : 200g
* Sesame oil : 10ml
* Miso paste : 30g
* Cooking sake : 30ml
* Sugar : 10g
* Gochujang (red pepper paste) : 5g
***Steps
1. cut cabbage and meat
Lightly fry the meat. 3.
Add cabbage and stir-fry. 4.
Add seasonings and mix
***Points to remember
1) Use "spring cabbage" which is tender and sweet. 2) Use sliced meat rather than thick meat!
2) Sliced meat is better than thick meat!
