Sarah Ingrasselino has already found a dress that her and her mother like. Will Lori & Monte be able to top the dress? Catch Say Yes to the Dress on TLC - Sky 133, Virgin 162, BT TV 323
She does seem awesome, but telling the bride others will like it if she does is dangerous. It’s like an EMT telling someone they aren’t going to die. Neither has any control over the outcome.
@@kaivickers166 Omg, you are so dark, dying is nothing similar to buying a dress, I don't want to be rude, but that's incredibly dumb, that's a stupid comparison.
@@maroulio2067 a lot of kids still call their parents Mommy & Daddy, I called my Daddy "Daddy" til the day he died, never called him anything else - I didn't know their was an age limit that you had to stop calling your parents Mommy and/or Daddy - actually I don't think their is
Her mum the one paying for her dress for her wedding gift from her mum. That's why she have to get a approval from her mum for the dress she wanted. Your parents paying your wedding dress you wanted them approval for the dress to you both have to agreed on the dress and the price to. Mine dad or mine families paying mine wedding dress wanted them approval mine dress and agreed on a price for the dress.
@@monicaangle1823 That doesn't matter at all. If they are offering to pay, it's a gift, not a loan! Hence pick the dress YOU LOVE on YOUR WEDDING DAY! It's the start of your new life - learn to think and do what's right for you and cut the cord.
Chaka485 I completely agree with you. Parents can be so overbearing not understanding that they did in fact raise an ADULT with their own opinions and tastes.
This dress is absolutely stunning on her. I love how her mom stands her ground, without being coercive, and then admits that she was wrong when she realized that her daughter loved the Charleston dress because of her reaction to it. This is a healthy relationship.
I know this mother of the bride, she was my nurse when I was in the hospital. She is an amazing lady. Congratulations to her daughter! So happy for them.😊🎉💜💒
The Charleston dress looks so CHEAP! I feel like I'd find it in Macy's or like target in the party dress section for 50 dollars. I'm glad she decided to choose her own opinion since it's her wedding. I'm glad her mom also realized her mistake. :)
I felt glad that her mom was able to see the different reactions in the bride’s face when she tried to wear her wedding dress. She’s really beautiful in the first wedding dress that she tried to fit.
The dress the mum picked was plain and kinda frumpy looking. Not suitable for this young bride. Unfortunately the mum doesn't have the best dress sense. The second dress was much prettier, especially with the veil and looked lovely on the bride.
Monte and Lori are always so fun to watch! The new consultant was sweet. I am really happy this beautiful little princess was able to get a dress that made her happy! Great episode.
1:23 i love it when Lori and Monte are right on cue after they maybe went out to get a relaxing cup of coffee and coincidentally they heard "a dress to beat" and they were like "Game On!"
"I would never pick a dress without my mother's approval" Girl, it's the first day of your adult life! Wth is wrong with you?? Time to grow a backbone!
The veils prove it. It’s never been about the dress it’s always about the bride and looking like they would’ve on their wedding day. That’s what makes them beautiful.
I went dress shopping just with my dad, I’m having a very bad relationship or better to say no relationship with my mother which is in purpose ( I can’t stand her ). My dad gave his opinion about different dresses but I could wear a potato bag and he would still tell me I’m looking beautiful 😂. Bless his heart ❤️
Me, and I just started watching 😂😂😂 I'm years away from getting married yet, but I love this show. This show is hilarious, entertaining, full of drama, and they have so many gorgeous dresses! 👰💕
I love how they keep the authenticity but add a theatrical humor to it and I’m a Georgia girl born and raised south of Atlanta and when I get engaged(even though that’s probably pretty far away) I do want to visit Bridals by Lori. Their selection has such variety and such beauty. And the people there just seem lovely 😊
Maybe its just me but if i found a wedding dress that i loved , that looked good on me , that made me feel good when i was wearing it i would have bought it whether my mother liked the dress or not . I dont understand how these brides are willing to sacrifice their happiness on the wedding day by wearing a dress that they don’t really like all to please their mothers . You’re the one getting the married so who cares what she thinks .
well, she's 22 and called her "mommy". It seems like she really needed the approval or felt the need to "beg" for the dress she wanted. I would have said "this is the dress it want", but I also would have been paying for at least most of it.
I think in these circumstances a young bride is hoping for something she loves that her mom (or best friend or attendants or dad or brothers, whoever's most involved) can love also. Not that she would sacrifice by wearing something she doesn't like at all.
Love love that Mom realized her babygirl had the reaction to the second dress and not the first. Such a sweet relationship that they seem to have. She cried cause her momma was crying the first time. Did this with 2 daughters and it's very special!! 💕
