Hi. A workout for the stomach and sides! Only 7 exercises, each exercise is performed for 40 seconds and 10 seconds rest between exercises. If you find it difficult to perform 40 seconds exercise perform it for 20 seconds, soon through regular training you will become stronger and can work 40 seconds and even without rest!!!
Recommendations for training: Beginners: 1-3 laps - rest 2 minutes between laps; Intermediate level: 3-5 laps rest 2 minutes between laps; Advanced level: 5-8 laps and also 2 minutes rest between each lap! This is a complete workout. One round is (7 exercises).
Remember! That you can Lose Belly and Boobs only through a kcal deficit and a balanced diet. Exercise is only a supplement to a healthy diet!
