I wish I can post my before and after pictures. In just one week I had lost 5 lbs. In total I have lost 40 lbs doing your 30 minute exercises 5 days a week. I do intermediate fasting and I eat all types of salad with any dressing I want on it. I use a protein with my salads too. I love you guys. Really appreciate how you have normal looking people doing these videos, not perfectly slim/fit models. No overly “positive” “everything is great yay we love it” kind of vibe. This positivity is genuine and down to earth. This is my first workout with your channel, definitely won’t be the last!

I used to feel lazy not going to the gym. I started going 4-5 days a week and doing one of your exercise videos in between as a break. I started to realise that I don’t hate exercise, I just hate being in the gym around other people feeling self conscious and comparing myself. You guys have made me realise how much I actually enjoy working out when it’s in my own space 😊 and now I’ve realised that I’m not lazy at all. Thank you!
Personally, I started watching Team Body Project videos on RU-vid in June, 2022. Since watching my first TBP workout video I've been exercising from home typically six times a week. In that same time frame I've: 1) gone from a size 44 waist to size 36 (again), 2) jogged my first mile since spring of 1994, and 3) have lost roughly 60lbs. of body weight. This team is legit. Thank you Total Body Project team for the inspiration to not only give it all a go, but to keep coming back everyday, for me and myself only--and for teaching me the joy that comes along with moving my body.
Today is the first time I finished this whole workout, without pausing too. I'm so hard on myself all the time but whenever I'm doing your workouts, I become loving and appreciative of myself. I cannot express how thankful I am that people as wonderful as you exist. Thank you
I used to do P90X when I was younger. Now at 59 with arthritis and chronic joint pain I need an easier but still affective workout. I also suffered two cases of covid. Even after recovering, some breathing issues remain. The hardcore extreme workout junkies would mock and laugh at your workout videos as being to easy and a waste of time. I applaud you for offering alternatives for those who aren't able to do the extreme exercises for whatever reason. Keep motivating people. God bless and thank you for all your work.

Ive lost 131 lbs using your exercises 30 mins a day 5 days a week. I feel like a completely different person! I do the intermittent fasting and lots of protein! If I can do it anyone can!!!!!

This is BY FAR the best TBP workout on RU-vid! There’s a great mix of exercises without too many rest periods-the momentum and heart rate stay stable and it’s overall a fun 28 minutes. Love the “progress bar” above Daniel and the “preview” of the next exercise. Now we don’t miss a beat! Well done and more videos like this one, please! 😁👍
Took a lot of discipline and effort but I did it. Went from 246 lbs down to 183 lbs in less than a year. The hardest part will be to maintain the weight. I was so proud of myself when I went to the doctor and used their scale. I didn't want it any other way. I just stayed the course without checking weight until that time passed and I was in shock...in a good way
I told myself at the beginning of this workout that I would pick up my weights when Tarsh picked up hers. I'm so grateful she never picked up her weights! 😅 I have been using your free RU-vid workouts for years, and recently, a lot of the slower, low impact workouts got me through a tough arthritis flare. Some days, it took all of my motivation to just press play. Daniel's cheesy, but no-nonsense encouragement really helped me when my body wasn't working properly and my emotions were off the charts. I’ve been through so much trying to learn to enjoy exercise instead of using it has self harm and you guys have been a massive influence on that so thank you so much. I have been doing your workouts since November of last year. The pace is great, and it keeps your heart rate up, without totally killing you. I’ve lost 11lbs so far, thank you for keeping me motivated, even when I don’t want to workout.

Thank you body project for turning this body back to functional. I thought it was aging. I waddled when I walked, so much leg, hip and back pain. I'm a 55 year old who spends hours on my feet every day. I felt exhausted, brain fog . I never had time to work out, or so I thought. I exercised enough by walking at work, so I thought. But my 1980s Jane Fonda spirit began calling my name. I found Body Project on You Tube in 2020. It's been a long road but worth it and I have you to thank for my transformation. Physically and mentally. I have lost 55 pounds and I am strong!!! I love the body I have, even though it isn't young, it's mine, and I love it for carrying me through this life, as is. My blood pressure is back to normal, no more lower body pain. I see myself differently. I don't even have words to express how grateful I am for you all. I love you! 💕☮️🌅

Skiing killed my knees so was searching for low impact exercises. The Body Project workouts are made to order. They are upbeat and short with a nice mix of cardio and strengthening options. Daniel and partner Alex are great motivators.
I haven't worked out in over 4 years after I had my baby. I became lazy and somewhat depressed because of the weight I had gained. Then finally one day, I started with one of your videos and I've been doing them every day. It's been 2 weeks and I feel better about myself, thanks for being motivational and making us feel good about the pace we start at.

If this guy was my gym teacher back in grade school my life would be so much more different than it is. My teachers made me feel like I wasn't good enough even if I was going beyond my limits to the point of almost passing out. Once I got to high school and could choose my classes I decided not to do regular gym and took a yoga class instead because I knew I could do it and wouldn't get shamed for my "weaker" body. Recently though I've been wanting to get more in shape because I would get tired just walking up the stairs. So glad I found this channel to help me feel confident and stay motivated!!!
This is my 4th workout with Team Body Project. Thank you for being so encouraging! After doing crossfit and losing it from it being just too expensive and then gaining a lot of weight this last year, it feels great to be moving and sweating change juice for free! I realized that the constant encouragement and commentary was what I needed to get into that consistency. Initially just wanted to try following along this video since I was cooped up at home for too long without any company. And I thought I was okay with isolation, but I actually craved a sense of togetherness when accomplishing these little victories in life. I really feel that "participation" especially when reading through everyone's stories as well. Thank you Team Body Project for being a reason to get up in the mornings, don't change.

This is amazing - I consider myself pretty uncoordinated and I also have exercise induced asthma, so most forms of exercise are pretty intimidating for me! Your videos have been a game changer. The lack of pressure to be perfect is exactly what I needed mentally in order to be able to have fun and feel competent. I feel confident and enjoy exercise for the first time, and I can use your videos while my baby naps. This is such a gift. Thank you!

Also love the format of this video with the preview of what comes next, it makes it easy to jump right in and participate as fully as you wish even if it's your first time. Having to memorize a routine is a pretty big obstacle. It also helped that the moves weren't terribly complex. Yeah my punch-kicks were awkward and ugly, but I was moving. Thanks also for the minimal intro and for not hiding the struggle.

I have decided to commit to a healthier lifestyle as I enter my 50s, and the BP system is amazing: cardio, resistance, and weights. Daniel is so motivating and Alex is just fierce! You want to know what else is motivating? The awesome men and women you include in the BP videos. Kristen and Tash (sorry if I’ve misspelled their names) kicked my 5’3” 115lb butt today. They are so fit and keep smiling and cracking jokes; they just keep me going too. This particular video, in my humble opinion, is your best one yet!

I clicked on this one thinking I did it before. I was Wrong. But I was already in it. And LOVED it. I’ve been with you guys since June of 2021. I have showed up to work out more than I didn’t this year. And it’s definitely b/c of Dan’s attitude and encouragement. I enjoy his rambles! Lol. Keeps me motivated and mind off the jelly (😅) Keep it up guys! I enjoy Tash’s smiling face - and Kristen’s honest face, she is my spirit animal. She expresses what I feel sometimes haha! Thanks team!
Been joining this project for over 4 weeks and seen a massive improvement. I do working 5 times out of the week plus I had personal pt sessions but within this I would not have been motivated to do home workouts.

This was a great workout! With all standing and modified intensity It was relatively easy while effective. The crew was wonderful as usual and Daniel's words are just so motivating in every video. Body Project is the best!
This might be my favourite BP workout yet. The top timer to know how far in, the side heads-up preview to know what's next, and exercises that push me but I can still do them, all comes together for engagement - if I can keep track of it I can keep up with it. BP is probably the only workout series I've been able to make a habit. Other habits contribute and influence my 5am wakeup habit, but BP is like natural caffeine I wouldn't do without. Others I've tried are just an impossible chore. Thank you for this, especially this one.
Loved seeing a new team body project workout today. I did this one on my rebounder for a core/balance challenge. The wall squats were the only exception. Terrible twos, empowering. Thank you!
your low impact workouts have been my saving grace. I had been working out consistently and was seeing change then broke my leg and tore my meniscus (not from working out:) I'm so thankful for these work outs as i am rehabing my leg. I will be keeping these workouts in my rotation for sure!!!
