I'm obese and I've just started my weight loss journey. Took me an hour to complete the whole session. But I did it. I'm proud of myself ☺️ thank you so much!
I did it! I completed a full 30 minutes without stopping! This is my first time working out in 6 months due to health issues. My cat watched as I sat in a corner and cried after finally completing a workout. I'm so proud of myself, thank you for these videos. Anybody can do these and modify them and you make people feel so proud along the way. Thank you!
I know the joy that you felt after your thirty minutes workout. I cried also when I felt I could exercise again after a cancer treatment. Please, keep daily if you can, even for fifteen minutes a day. It does get easier after a while.
I started out at 290 pounds in november, i found this channel and have been doing this workout everyday. I am now down to 265 with your exercise and of course with some mild diet. Thank you for changing my life around
@@endx7229 hey, I fast from 8pm-11am. And then I only eat 2 meals, and a snack In between. Preferably fruits with yogurt. Also I only do this workout once a day, 30 minutes of moderate cardio a day is perfect to lose weight.
I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ru-vid.comUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.
I’m obese and I have bad ankles/calves/knees and my weight makes it really painful, it makes it really hard to exercise because I have bad pain just walking. I try to find exercise videos that are low impact, no jumping etc but they’re just not meant for fat bodies and I’ve always quit and left crying because it triggered my pain really badly and not in a good “muscle exercise pain” good, but it was really bad and made me feel worthless. I clicked this because I saw someone who has a similar body to me in the thumbnail and felt optimistic because if someone with a similar body can do it, maybe it won’t be so painful. I did this from beginning to end, and it was HARD but I got that good muscle burning and I only had minor issues with my other pains and I finished the whole thing, and I cried 🥲 this was the first workout I could do fully, without pain AND work up a sweat. I feel so amazing. Thank you so much for this😁😁😁 I’m so happy to find a workout capable for someone with an obese body to complete
Brittany. Well done. I’m 70 years young last week and I have osteoporosis in my lower back but have been doing body project exercises for about 5 months on and off. I think they are brilliant because you can tailor the workouts to your own needs. I noticed there are exercises you can do sitting in a chair if one time your ankles or knees are painful good luck
I have similar issues , I hadn’t exercised in many years so 13 mins. In I almost stopped. I pushed myself & did 22 mins. I’m going to do it again tomorrow & maybe I’ll do a few mins. more .
I literally tear up at the end of every workout. You help me feel proud of myself. You provide such a safe work out space that I don’t have to feel like I have to be a certain type of person entering into the work out. Thank you so much
I'm so grateful I found this channel on youtube.. I already lost 13 pounds (or 6kg) in about 3 weeks of working out to your videos for 5 times a week... my back no longer hurts and I can't put a price on that, THANK YOU!
Today is my 3rd day following and finding videos on this channel. My back pain seems to have decreased after I wake up in the morning. I know I sit too long so I just randomly found this channel 😊
On Saturday I could only do 15 minutes, today I did the whole workout! This workout is super friendly for beginners and does not hurt my knees like most workouts do
From Saudi Arabia, I want to thank you, for a year I was struggling with Postpartum deep depression which also had an effect in lossing weight. I practiced your videos since June and I almost loss 10 kg which is good !! and I'm Mentally so happy in way that I never felt for a whole year!! thanks for helping me and my baby twins Dainel !
exercise build chemicals in the brain that help fight depression. Also try to get vitamin D. Studies show low levels of vitamin D contribute to a depressed mood. Vitamin D is found naturally in Sun light. Greetings from USA
How did they manage to create such a perfect balance of challenging and doable exercises? It’s so nice not to have to skip entire chunks of a workout like I did with other programs lol
I feel this! I often have to skip so many parts because there’s lots of jumping or movements that I’m not capable of doing just because of how big I am and the pain it causes
I love working out with Daniel! He inspires without being condescending. He has that gift that many other exercise instructors lack. This one is a great workout! Thank you Daniel and Team Body Project!
I love working out with these guys. It excites me to finally find a workout with people that get tired and sweat like me. The realness keeps me going. Thank You!😊
Hey Daniel! I love the new layout for the videos, makes it so much easier to prepare what we are gonna do. Just wanted to tell ya that I have lost 42 lbs in total from doing TBP videos every other day and portioning my meals! 272.8 lbs down to 230.8!!! 78 more lbs to go!!! Love ya TBP, just thought I'd update ya on my journey!
Thank y'all. I should note I started this journey in late september/early october, losing a little over 37ish lbs. I had lost a little weight prior to starting my journey, somewhere between 5-10 lbs. I can't remember exactly, but after my first weigh in july I was 272.8 lbs. So I know I have lost 42 lbs since then. I gained 3.4 lbs from christmas, BUT I am already back down to the weight I was before the holiday, which is 230.8!!! I am still going strong! TBP, Portion Control, and LOTS of water is all you need to lose weight!
@@theslenderchick1797 what videos do u mainly use? i love TBP & i’m also looking towards loosing some weight! would love to know what videos worked best for you.
I got 12 mins in this morning before breaking down crying- Almost 2 years ago I was doing TBP workouts daily & absolutely loving moving my body… these days with lockdown, mental health, physical incapabilities & weight gain I am struggling to get motivated. I gave up this morning, defeated…… came back this afternoon & finished the workout plus another 15 min TBP cardio!! Daniel your little speeches are EVERYTHING!♥️
It's unreal how over a year ago I got to the point where I was able to do this without breaking a sweat. Now after having a baby I've just started doing this again and it's such a struggle 🥵 I WILL get my fitness levels back up, it helped me last year so it will help me again 😁
Whenever I’m feeling discouraged and not in the mood to exercise I can always count on Body Project to give me a workout I’ll have fun with and get through. Thank you!!!!
We are all Kristen in these. Thank you for showing someone that isn’t perfect at working out. I feel represented, and her fun spirit makes these super accessible. Actually this trio is the one I come back to most. CHANGE JUICE!
I LOVE Kristen. Her smile is a day brightener. I have given up on so many workouts because the instructors made me feel worthless. The positive attitudes that TBP folks have is awesome!! I have been doing TBP for a month & have lost five pounds. I am walking nearly two miles around my neighborhood every evening. I am eating better & feeling better than I have felt in years.
So proud I was able to finish it without stoping. This is my 4th day when I started. Its super hard at first. I stopped multiple times and only done it half way. But today I finally finished the whole 30 mins. Started at 78.25 kg and now on my 4th day I am at 76.70. Lets keep pushing hard to our goal weight! Thank u so much Body Project.
I was in a wheelchair 8 months ago. I didn't think I'd walk again, much less workout ever again. I had surgery on my spinal cord and started walking again. I was so depressed because I couldn't find any exercises that didn't aggravate my nerves. I was used to being very active and fit prior to my injury. I'm so glad I found these videos because my body responds really well to them. My nerves feel better, I'm getting sore, and my mental well-being is better.
I agree! When I saw her I was like I don't care what they're doing I'm joining in with her! I love when Daniel says Cooome on! Makes me keep pushing! 🏃🏽♀️
Funny I didn't even think about there being a woman of color. I just seen a good begining workout I would like to try. But then again skin color isn't something I consider to be a factor in anything in life and people are people.
I've been doing this workout for two weeks and I feel better already! I have depression since 2017 and I was able to feel good about myself... Thank you
Daniel, you and Alex are two of the most kind and encouraging people in the world.🌍 I was pushing 160 lbs with a normal weight of around 125 lbs. That may not seem like a lot compared to everyone else, but when the odds are stacked against me still and I have this jealous person around who's always tempting me with my worst weakness, it's like clumbing Mt. Everest and sliding back down. May you both have many more special ten year anniversaries to come.❤😊🌹
I used to be a runner. 7 miles a day actually up until I tore my meniscus and let me tell you, nothing has ever made my heart beat faster or gotten me sweatier than working out to these in my living room. I have managed to tone up my mid section doing this and moderate dieting. On top of that, this guy is so motivational that even when I feel like I want a break, I push through it. So glad I found this! I was so tired of going to the gym and feeling like I couldn’t get a good workout in because of my knees
11 months ago I was very much overweight and was hardly moving at all. Started with 10 minute very easy workouts (and still sweating). Now, after 3-5 TBP workouts a week I have lost 30kg, feeling much better and have some energy left over after this one. Thank you team!
Congratulations on your weight loss and keep a healthy diet, one that is good for your body, not others'. The energy that you feel afterwards will keep burning fats throughout the day.
I am just starting out exercising. Its been 4 years sitting behind a desk. I added 35 pounds and am horribly out of shape. Just started with your videos. Can't finish a whole one yet, but I got through 20 minutes! Will keep trying!
I just turned 29 two days ago and I've decided I don't want to go into thirty with the same bad habits and terrible health that I have now. I want to be around for my gf and kids and I just want to say these videos I've watched have been amazing to help me get started moving working out and and being healthier. These are great
The woman in black is amazing! I did 15 minutes Day 1, was able to complete the whole video Day 2. Hard, but not to the point of giving up, great balance. I especially appreciate the little counter at the bottom and the preview of what move is coming up next. I'll be back and checking out more from this channel when I'm up for a change.
*in Daniel's voice* "C'moooon" What a fantastic workout. Completing this workout was special because this one marks 3 weeks of me doing team body project workouts daily! Thank you guys
Congratulations!!!! And God Bless You and You’re Family and Friends and I Pray You and You’re Family and Friends Have a Blessed and Safe Holidays and New Year God Bless🙏🏽❤️🥺
@@thedailycameo I know, right? I don't even know why do they choose that music in the first place. Now I simply play my favorite workout video on mute listening hard techno and trying to go with the bpm.
I've gained over twenty pounds this year, I'm ready to make some changes in my life and for myself. This video made me cry, I didn't know how out of shape I am until I tried this. Thank you for being so motivating during this so I didn't give up!
Thanks for not having any horrible planks, I hate planks and burpees so much and I'll always keep watching your workouts because they keep me consistent and don't mess my back up ♥
I don't know how you do it but your cardio workouts are the ONLY ones that make me feel empowered ! and not completely overwhelmed. I feel that you put your "ego" aside and that you are really there to help us go through it ! Without pressure or judgment ! Thank you. For the first time (and I am 44 yo and tried So many times!) I feel that cardio can be something i enjoy and be "good" at ! Merci beaucoup.
I get so emotional at the end when he speaks with such encouragement about how well we did, even knowing he doesnt see us! Being in my early 20s with arthritis in many on my joints, a messed up knee from two surgeries trying to fix my meniscus, having a wedding next year, and being a heavier person, I get discouraged from doing any type of exercise in fear of not being good enough. I feel better about myself and him saying we can absolutely take a break or just March in place or stop for water is absolutely amazing and it pushes me to do better!!
@a r murph Congratulations for being here. I just started I also have RA, (rheumatoid arthritis) this is the first person and team (Daniel and team) to get me to do this regularly. I’m five days in I feel better. The great thing is if you can’t do a certain exercise I just march, until they do something I can do.
AR Murph I know how you feel gurl. I'm nearly 24 and can't work out for too long or my joints will pain me and swell. I have rheumatism. It's the worst.
I have rheumatoid arthritis in my knees. This is the first exercise that have done in years. I ride a bike but I have been scared about doing anything like this. I cried at the end of the session. Thank you for helping me to not be frightened about working my knees. I used a chair when I had to bend my knees for support. I am guessing that is okay. Anyway thank you.
Dan, you are my favorite exercise influencer to workout with. Every time you lead a workout I feel motivated and better about myself. I feel more powerful after only one week of consistent workouts. I don’t have enough money or time for the gym and had to come up with my own workouts at home. But moving with these videos makes working out fun and exciting.
A little update, I’ve been working out with you guys for 4 months. I feel powerful and healthy. I have been going to the gym now a few days every week and some other days I do these workouts.I got some nice muscles going now! Lol
After starting my morning with "Fun, low impact workout for TOTAL beginners" with Daniel, Lisa, & Natasha since 1/3/2023, THIS is now my favorite afternoon session! I began - with many pauses - back on 1/28, and now zip along with you three for 33" - with my modifications! This feels like a perfect session for this beginner - especially with the irresistible drum beat! and the upper left corner previews! Many Thanks to "Christopher" aka Daniel, Christine & Kristin!
This was my very first workout with BP a month ago. Let me tell you, I was dying. Gasping for water like a fish and sweating badly. I did this workout today (Feb. 25) because I didn't have much time to workout and I knew this workout from the back of my hand. Anyways, I didn't even break a sweat. I guess it's time to move to intermediate level. Lost 10 lbs in a month!
Daniel has literally changed my life. These workouts that Body Project make are actually fun and doable. I gained 4 stone over lockdown, and haven’t yet burnt it off. However, I’ve been doing these workouts for a month straight and I’ve already felt so many positive changes to my strength and mental health. I actually look forward to working out now. So thank you to Team Body Project and Daniel especially, you’ve changed my life 😊
Been doing these low impact workouts for close to 3 weeks now and finally got to be able to do this specific video twice in a row non stop. Thank you Body Project 💪😤
Everytime I wanna stop because short of breathe, Daniel’s “COME ON!” make me going until the end of the video. Thanks a lot Daniel and Body Project Team. Happy New Year guys and everyone who never give up to exercise, workout on daily basis.
I have Fibromyalgia. All I have been doing is laying in bed because of the pain for the last several years. A very good SIStar shared this video with me. So far I can only do 10 minutes. But I'm going to keep trying and pushing through the pain. I realize there's more to life than laying in bed because of pain.
I just search up what fibromyalgia is and how you get it and I feel so bad! I’m glad you started doing these videos and got a lot more minutes then I did when I first started and had been overweight for 3 years. I used to only make it passed the beginning stretches. Now I can do the full video-with a lot of sweat. I believe in you
@@Robloxiokoj Thank you! Your post is so encouraging. I look forward to the day I can complete the whole video. Congratulations on your weight-loss journey 🤗
I just found this channel only a few days ago, and yet here I crying. This community is so sweet and so kind and so encouraging. The love is so strong with each and every one of you. I'm so lucky to have found a channel like this. I love people like him who take the time out of their day to guide us to health in such a nurturing way. He really wants what's best for each of us.
Hello all! I commented on another of your videos a few days ago, at the beginning of what I believe will be a journey involving thoroughly (and hopefully, permanently) transforming my relationship with my body, and exercise in particular. On the other video, I was pleased as I completed it with only two pauses, after a long stint of not exercising at all. Despite having two chronic illnesses and leading an otherwise sedentary lifestyle for over a decade, I completed this video with only three pause breaks, and I feel FANTASTIC! I actually cried a bit during the cool down at the words Daniel was saying. They felt really profound today, and I truly heard them. I cannot thank you enough for making me feel included, and part of a caring community of people that genuinely want to help others to be more healthy and at home in their bodies. I didn't know exercise could be therapy. Love to all at TBP and all reading this. We can do this. Em. x
I have tears in my eyes. I cannot believe I made it through the whole video! I paused once to get a drink of water but I did it! Thank you! This is the day my life changed for the better. God bless you for these videos 🙏🏾 ❤️
I am so grateful I found this. I have had 2 hip surgeries on one hip because of complications (within 2 weeks of each) and now have had my other hip done. I am healing so well and was looking for a low impact program that would help me get in shape. Just amazing and it works so well for me. Love it!!!! Thank you
I am 78+ yrs old and have excercised for years. I had major back surgery four years ago and since then have lost about 40 lbs and taken up walking. Longest walk was 8 miles but I want to do 10. Up until yesterday all the exercise videos I found were either high impact or so easy I couldn’t get my heart rate up at all. Thanks for a real workout. I like the 45 second intervals best.
@@janna7249 I just kept moving daily doing workouts and staying active. Also I did the keto diet and intermittent fasting, but you don't have to. Just make sure the calories you eat are lower than the ones you burn. Right now its been 4 years since I was overweight and I'm feeling better than ever. Currently weigh 88kg with not that much fat and some muscle.
He makes me cry. I am 63, done his work outs twice. I am so in love. Lol....he is not only funny- but also encouraging!! I am delighted to have found him. I only walk two miles every day, but this work out makes me use different muscles I didn’t know existed. Hooked! Thank you young man!!
This video changed my life. I was pre diabetic, and going over 300lbs two years ago. Daily sessions and better eating habits for 6 months led to about 70lbs of consistent weight loss. I had surgery for a hernia Jan 2022 and gained back half the weight during recovery. Lost a lot of motivation.... Just finished my second daily session in a row. Back at it again and hopefully will lose the weight and keep it off this time. Thank you for sharing these free tools to help us improve ourselves.
A great low impact workout that gets your sweat on. Great to see women who look like me and do the best to be healthy. A great enthusiastic instructor. Love the music too.
This is one of my favourite exercises and I’ve done this maybe 4 or 5 times in the last 2 weeks and I finally completed the entire video without stopping!! Pretty proud 😅
Thank you all so very much! This was shared by a colleague with all of us teachers. I felt so empowered! I felt like those persons look like us! They understand how we feel and what we desire. We are on the same team! I kept going! Yeah! I envisioned the challenges as I punched through and I cheered myself on too. The best part was the dance and the victory speech at the end. Thank you. Thank you. Covid19 or not we shall have better bodies to celebrate the other milestones in our lives too. Thank you.
today is the start of week three doing your guys' workouts. I really enjoy them. A little reminder for everyone exercising out there: I had to pause 3 times today, but i kept going afterwards, although in the last week i didnt have to pause any workout at all. Your daily form is not going to stop you from what you want to achieve, even though it sometimes doesn't represent what you already have achieved!!
I cried. I haven't ever felt good while being over weight. I have never felt as good as I did after finishing and getting words of encouragement. Thank you 😭
GREAT JOB!! It wasn't easy for me but thanks to my youngest sister, I have been doing TBP for a month & I feel so much better. I am not as fast as Daniel & the rest of the team, but every workout finished is a step in the right direction! We're cheering for you!! !!
I have 2 chronic illnesses, 4 caregivers, 65 pounds gone, eating healthy on a budget, and taking me 3 hours to finish these workouts. I never give up what's your excuse?
Been doing your workouts for the last four days and loving them. I can only manage 20 mins at a time but my Fitbit tracker is showing me that I'm getting better with each day.
I was diagnosed with diabetes so I began to change my lifestyle last July. Walking was my daily exercise and it was working. However, this winter when snow was on the ground, The other coach on the basketball team that I work with sent one of your videos to the team encouraging them to do it. She told them if five agreed to do it and send a picture that I would do it too. So, of course all the girls decided to do it. I did my part! Now I am in love with these work out sessions. They have become a part of my daily routine. What I love most is how encouraging he is throughout the videos. He totally makes me feel great about myself and it makes me want to continue to work hard. Here I am about nine months later and almost 100 pounds less. I cannot thank you all enough for the work that you put into these videos so that people like myself can have a healthier lifestyle.
I'm 33 days into the 75Hard challenge and was really feeling defeated. By the time I finished, that victory dance was everything I needed! I love your witty banter and your positive encouragement. Thank you!
Just did this workout after taking 2 days off from being sore from another one of your videos. Honestly, I was super excited to get back to it; was able to complete the entire workout. Your videos are my all-time favorite! Thank you so much for sharing, your encouragement is motivating! ♥️👍🏾♥️👍🏾♥️👍🏾♥️
I love how I only need a tiny spot in my bedroom or livingroom to do their work outs. And they are so well put together. So grateful i found this channel. Thank you!
i don't suffer from social anxiety or anything like that but i'm a bit weight conscious so don't like to be seen working out. (walking and cycling etc i've no problem with) so the small amout of space you neeed for this is pefect, i can do it in my bedroom, just ned to move my desk back a few inches for a little extra ''clearance' so i dont hit anything.
Fun fact : If you start this workout and musical "Chicago" in the same time, you will finish this workout together with the end of the song "Cell Block Tango ". Feels quite powerful, gotta admit :D
I have been doing body project workouts for 2 months now, and I feel SO much better than I used to! I commute about an hour+ home from work, and the toll of driving in traffic was bringing me down! I randomly found these great people by the grace of luck and haven't looked back. They make my heart grow bigger and my butt smaller! Thank you, guys
I almost got to 300lbs before covid and I've been using your videos during lock down and i have to tell you it's been life changing. Such an easy place to stard and grow for big guys like me.
I been loving your videos since this whole world situation started and now I can't stop doing them. You have really changed my body and my perception towards exercise-workouts. I just feel gratitud and encourage everybody to start moving your body. Great work! Best wishes from Spain (sorry for my English)
Just discovered your channel! Love how you have REAL models performing the work outs. I also love the saying “progress not perfection “ Thanks for these exercises, they really help during this pandemic
I just came across the body project this week, and I've never enjoyed a home workout more than I have with these. I'm trying to tackle my depression and anxiety that keeps me from wanting to work out and it is so motivating to think about Daniel being proud of me (as silly as it sounds lmao). I'm in tears every time I finish a workout. I never feel insecure if I'm lagging behind a bit or if I need to pause. It feels so good knowing that it's doable and realistic and keeps me more motivated than ever. Daniel's reminders that EVERY workout is progress is somehow exactly what I need to hear. Daniel, I'm grateful that you've made these videos fun, challenging, and inspiring all at the same time, and for expressing that someone as fit as you gets exhausted by these workouts too. This channel is really a safe space.
I did this today and it got me so tired. Just woke up a month ago from hernia surgery. These exercise , done in rhythmic beats of this music really keeps u on your toes. Thanks for making us regain our stamina back. Namaste.
I love this! Ive lost 8lbs within a week by doing these excersices and also watching my calorie intake! Everytime im ready to give up he always says something encouraging!!!
@Karl Jemmott yes! With diet and watching my calories intake!!! Sad part is i stopped lmao and gained the weight back but im about to get back to it again 🤣
Hi I'm from Indonesia. I feel so depressed for last 1 month ago because I try to start my diet but it feels so hard for me, I try so many workout like bicycling, running and do other of workout at home but I feel not comfortable, and I start again for today Alhamdulillah I feel so lucky to found your video I follow u one by one, step by step of your movement , I love your word in the end of the video I feel like this is the part that I'm searchin for really motivated me And now I know the way I'm trying to move is never wrong I do the best for myself, thank you so much❤️🥺
7 weeks at it with team body project and I'm super excited every day to be able to move my body at my pace. "It's progress not perfection ". I love tbp!!
7 days of following this workout..and 3 lbs lost..have lost 100 lbs total in a yr and kinda went off track for 4 months gained 10 back and was like I have to get back to what I was doing..but what I was doing was boring and left me just unmotivated to workout everyday..came across this and watched it over and over and yes being obese I was scared, scared I couldnt move like that or I'd look silly and embarrass myself..and I'd use the excuse my knees are bad my feet always hurt and I hate tennis shoes.. but the more I listened to Daniel speak the more confident I became..im 337lbs and got up and got moving ,barefoot and knowing Daniel is there to talk and encourage me to continue brings me back everyday.. wonder if he knows just how inspiring he is because he sure has inspired me..heres to many more workouts..
Love the simplicity of the workout, the authenticity of the trainers, and the motivational comments about holding the energy and overcoming motivation. Will absolutely follow!
Just finish the workout. Loving myself. Went to the doctor on Tuesday and my A1C went down from 11.2 to 8.8 with no medication. My Dr. Asked me how was I doing this without medication. I told him low carb diet, exercise and commitment and now I can include these workouts. Loving how I’m feeling. Thank you.
As someone that hardly ever worked out, making it past this 30 minute exercise video meant the world. you are truly the best instructor I've ever seen. Thank you
Glad I found these videos. I'm considered morbidly obese I started my weight loss journey again in January after my 3rd baby when I was 136.6kg after birth. Weight 145kg during pregnancy. I'm 4 months in and 12kg down which is the most I've ever lost previously and needed something to do at home with no equipment since having 3 young kids. I'm determined to keep going this time. I did have to break this video up across 2 days. Some days are hard to exercise with little ones running around and a 4 month old wanting/needing you but I made it to the end 😅 very proud and such a great workout
This is the only workout channel I follow! It's great. The moves are easy to follow but they always leave me drenched in sweat at the end of the video! I started feeling depressed and after I do these workouts, my mood changes completely. My goal is to get back on track and lose this winter/COVID weight. Weight loss is such a journey!
Hello from Zimbabwe! You are my favorite YT channel for workouts, and I can't believe how much you have made me enjoy moving my body. Every morning I wake up so excited to workout with you and your amazing team. Love how inclusive your videos are and you never pressure anyone to push past their limits. Thank you!
Couldn't agree more; love the personal best pep talks! Such a motivating crew. I am so happy I stumbled upon them, not sure I've been this excited to workout in a while.
