Yes! Please compose a series specifically for menopause. I’m sure the exercises are already through out your series, but targeting them in a video series would be so great. Especially flabby belly and crepey, cellulite skin on the core, thighs, etc. What consistent workout will eliminate this?

Excellent workout! I could really feel it in my entire core. I will have mastery when I can do kneeling lean backs to 45° and leg lowers both legs together at the same time.

Yes day 7 was definitely a challenge with my ankle but did some modifications and made it through, never give up, lol. Thank you for another belly blasting (and leg) work out 😃❤️

Wao done! For me I like to exercise before breakfast. I haven't been able to so I do it later in afternoon. For some reason, in the morning, feels less challenging.

Day 7 done. I actually did days 5,6 and 7 today to catch up!! Loved the workouts that much. 😊 The leg raises though... I found myself arching my back to get my legs close to the floor, so I ended up just going halfway down. Hopefully as I do the routines more that will get better. Thanks for the wonderful workouts.❤

I’m hanging in there! It’s been a challenge because of my work schedule but I’ve been sleeping better and as someone said in an earlier video, it’s helped a lot with my belly bloat. I feel less like a pumpkin and more like a zucchini 😁

Hi Faye! Great dedication! 🥰 When doing lean backs, focus on tightening your core, adjusting your angle, keeping your back straight, and breathing steadily. Ensure your feet are firmly planted and move slowly and with control. Modify the exercise as needed and listen to your body. Day #7 accomplished! My phone died before I got the third set done, so I had to plug it in and get it turned back on, then I could finish! Lol The mountain one and the leg lifts are challenging! I had to pause after the mountain one to catch my breath before I could continue! I got a walk in this evening and listened to my Bible plan too. And then finally got day 7 accomplished. Off topic but pretty cool... When I was mowing on Friday, I thought about the fact that the praying mantises would have been hatched already, and I was wondering when I would see the first one this year? Yesterday I did some shopping, but before going to Aldi I needed to make a run to Walmart, to see if they had something. I took Josiah (my 6th grader) with me. When I was sitting at the lights, right outside of Walmart, I just happen to see a small praying Mantis on my wiper blade walking around. I was concerned it would fall off the van and get hit, so when the lights turned green, I tried to turn carefully. I got into the parking lot and found a parking spot quickly, then got out my van to bring it in the van. I weighed my options and none of them were ideal. If I left it in the van with the windows up, it might get overheated and die, or even get lost in my van and never make it out. Or if I left my windows down, it might get out, but I wouldn't necessarily know for sure. And odds are good if it did get out, it would get run over. So, I gave it to Josiah to watch over, and I drove all the way back to my house (about an 8 minutes drive), and then let it go in the back yard. So then I could go back and get shopping done, knowing the young praying mantis was safe and sound! I'm not sure if I'll find it a second time or not, but it's possible. Praying mantis is my favorite insect! I kept them as pets when I was a child. God knows how much I enjoy them, so that was like a little kiss from heaven! 😊💕 Thanks for these workouts! Are there modifications for the Bird Dog and Lean Back? I have a bad knee and cannot kneel on it to do those excercises. Instead I've been doing bicycle crunches and Russian twists.
