We have a great ab/core workout for you! This will continue to help you get a flat belly and help grow your abs for the summer!
These exercises are great for beginners and women over 50 because they are simple, easy, and super effective which is great for those who choose to do them consistently leading to a flatter belly and growth in ab muscles!

Thank you Coach Mere. I have been a small 110 my entire life until last year when I turned 55 and contracted COVID twice back to back. @Gaby Thorn - Your comment is similar to me. I have always been slim and petite. I have had the virus a few times now, in straights, my immune system depleted. I turned 55 last year and the weight very slowly came on, but mostly my tummy changing. This year I got hit really hard with another virus, and over the last couple of months my clothes are starting to feel tight around my waist. I have never had this happen to me, ever. I always had a very efficient metabolism so never had to diet or watch what I ate. I am pleased your comment is positive about this workout. I will try for myself.

Thank you for the awesome workout! I'm having a problem with zipping my ribs. I've lost a total of 78lbs. I'm down to 126lbs. but I still have a jigglie belly. I've been doing several of your workouts during the week and taking off days for the weekend. My question is should I still be able to zip my ribcage even with the belly pooch. I have been having no luck at all. I haven't used these muscles in a long time and I'm not sure how to engage my core. I'm one of One & Done and Metaboost members. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Can I do this on the bed? I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and getting on the floor is really difficult. Any advice

The workout gets repeated half way through so I am assuming the workout is the two goes of 1st set of exercises, how many times do we do this? looks great but bit confusing.
