Whew! Great workout! Felt it much more in my hips than low abs on the side leg lifts, should I be doing something different on those?

Great job on the workout, @tracydarrow8369! 🤩 It's normal to feel side leg lifts more in your hips, as they primarily target the hip abductors. To engage your lower abs more effectively, focus on keeping your core tight throughout the exercise, imagining pulling your belly button towards your spine. Try a slight pelvic tilt to better engage your lower abs. Ensure your body remains in a straight line, avoiding leaning too far forward or backward. Perform the lifts slowly and with control, concentrating on the lower abdominal muscles. 💪 Keep up the great work, and adjust your form as needed to find what works best for you! 😊
