@Sightless_Seeker He actually grew up on mommy's pasta and meatballs but as he tried to eat he was consistantly spat on for not living to her expectations.
Graham: “You messed up but there’s room for improvement” Gordon: “You’re better than this! Act like it! Joe: “I hate you and you’re the reason your parents are divorced”
Except that Joe doesn't actually say what's wrong with the plate, he's more the kind of guy to just say that your parents burned down the house out of disappointment in you
Sometimes Joe isn't even the last judge to try something. He just gets pissed off and throws the whole thing away before anyone else can provide criticism.
ikr everytime cutter steps forward he just rushes to him, blames him without even tasting it, feels how its been cooked with his forks (however that works), takes the whole plate and throws it into the bin.
Joe is actually much nicer on Italian masterchef. He never overreacts and always acts decent. I think he was like this because it was on American TV and they needed more drama.
@RF and GC ikr. They do it to tilt the person they were going against.I remember when I beat someone till they went 3(kills)/18 (deaths) .At the end of the match they said "ez training bots are harder."my team made a comeback after they were trolling and when we won I said "Your mom was easier than this game." He added me after and said "fckin dumbass" and unfriended me. People like that are just so salty they lose so they always try to pass on their rage and anger to the next person.I always search their account and they almost always have major lose streaks so they just want something to release the anger on
Aixam MegaTruck v8 TT 8.0L you’re the type of dude who compares himself to a multimillionaire restauranteer because you’re so much tougher than him bro. @@ozanozenir2503 Gordon's entertaining af to watch, but sometimes (esp on his American shows where they crank up "ANGRY CHEF MAN") it's like he has this VERY narrow view oh what cuisine should be, and that's this super serious piece of 5star art at all times, with no leeway on that at all.
it’s because they came to a show acting like they were better than they actually are and now that the competition is harder, it pisses off the judges to see people front about their talent when that could be someone else who actually knows what they’re doing in the kitchen. culinary 101🤣🤣🤣
Joe is the guy that tries to act like Gordon, but his only reference to Gordon are those Gordon Ramsay gets mad/Gordon Ramsay's most hilarious insults clips on RU-vid.
Joe is only on that show bc his mom's a famous chef...if it wasn't for that, masterchef wouldn't give him the time of day...even on the Italian version of masterchef he's a douchebag
While i wont defend Joes personality, I feel everyone seriously thinks hes a fraud when thats just not true. Hes one of the most successful italian food entrepreneurs in history, only rivaled by a few which include his own mom. The guy has breathed italian fine dining since he could walk. Say what you will about his personality, but to say he doesnt know food is laughably stupid.
Gordon: "Your dish is bad! There's no seasoning here! It's raw and undercooked!" Graham: "This dish is not good. It's lack of flavour. You need to be careful next time." Joe: "Why are you even here? You are wasting my time!" *Throw the dish to the trash without even tasting it.*
I’m convinced Joe just conned his way here by just throwing all food he is served in the garbage and chefs are like “wow he has high standards he must know a lot” and joe is just thinking “that actually wasn’t bad... still have to throw it out tho hahaha they still buy it”
I haven't watched three show but I want one contestant to just immediately stop him as he starts to go off and say "dude just trash it or eat it and move on, your wasting everybody's time"
Joe is the kind of guy that yells at his wife for not making dinner to his precise specifications and fart on the food she made him while she cries in the corner.
If you watch MasterChef Australia, you'll realise that it's a pretty decent one. The judges are kind, supportive and constructive. They don't humiliate homecooks like Joe does and when the homecooks are under pressure, they don't scream "YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES" and instead they calm them down. Also the homecooks are supportive and work as a team and are sympathetic to each other unlike people like Katrina. That version is better than the American version.
People who can't cook to a professional degree, shouldn't be allowed to professionally critique food. I can't stand Ramsay and his tantrums, but I full acknowledge and respect his vast knowledge and skill set when it comes to cooking. Joe probably struggles to make scrambled eggs. He wants to be Ramsay so bad, but he's all talk with absolutely NOTHING to back it up.
after all, Ramsay grew from zero to hero, he started from rock bottom and grew to this point but joe just owns restaurants and owns a wine franchise. hes a shit businessman, not a cook.
Ramsay is clearly passionate and understands what needs to be done. His lash outs in Hell's Kitchen are also 100% justified as the contestants are A) supposed to be professional cooks, and B) wasting thousands of very expensive produce and making customers wait for hours on end. He's not acting or trying to look menacing for a script. All he asks for is some consistency.
Yeah Joe just "inherited" being a "restraunteer/chef" from his mom who is ACTUALLY the amazing chef in the family, his insistent babbling is absolutely the worst part of MasterChef as it never seems like he has anything to really say or add, he's just there to be an asshole. Unlike the other Chefs who both look to help the contestants improve through their criticisms
It's called show business not luck. They keep the interesting people in the show to get more viewers. Masterchef is more about entertainment than the actual quality of the food.
@@youtubehero1764 "your mom said she doesnt like to say sorry for her mistakes. I feel bad that she hasnt said sorry for you yet." most random insult i could think of

I feel like Gordon is contractually obligated to pretend to be pissed off all the time, because you can literally take one look at his life outside the shows, and realize he's not that guy.
I feel like Gordon will usually give constructive and honest criticism, but without taking pity for people. I don't think he ever puts people down just to put them down
In other words: Graham is nice and gives criticism on what you do. Gives tips on what to improve Gordon gives constructive criticism for you to progress on MasterChef *Joe doesn’t give a shit if you are a human. He will trash talk you like you are a slave*
I always wonder how much of it is put on because it's "entertaining". Someone laying Joe out would be even more entertaining so maybe they should try that?
@@jonb914 Oh it’s all fake lol, the contestants’ dishes are all approved beforehand and there’s basically an entire planned plot on who will be sent home every episode, open to changes of course as the show goes on. Joe being a prick just gives the show excuses to remove the contestants that were supposed to be taken out.
Someone said this before about the 3 and it's fairly accurate Gordon: no flavor and overcooked which is disappointing Graham: yeah it's disappointing but I see what you were trying to go for, hopefully you can learn from it Joe: this is why your mother is dead
If you watch the series;Everytime someone cooks and Italian dish, Joe would rant about his Italian heritage and just hates on every Italian dish on the show saying how it's offensive to his bloodline xdddd
Best thing is he never learned how to make any of them because his mommy made them all for him. He is literally a manchild who screams about mommy's chicken tendies
Did you know Joe is a musician? I was going to listen to his album, but I didn't like the cover so I threw it in the trash. There's no way the music can sound good with a plating like that.
How do you guys above me let the joke fly over your head like this? The commenter is mimicking how Joe doesn't eat food just by looking at it and thinking it sucks
Graham: this lack a little salt I know you can do better Gordon: this is underseason as hell. This is a disaster Joe:this is the reason why your parents left you in the orphanage, your terrible, your life is bad
Joe's the kinda guy to look at Shakespeare and call it dogshit compared to a play he wrote in an hour about his love for trash cans. Don't be like Joe.
I won't be surprised to know if the other judges don't like him that much. Granted, they might be friends, but its more like 'yeah we're buddies, but that doesn't mean I like the shit that you do.'
Joe deadass doesn't even put the food in his mouth before he spits it out. Man hovers the fork in his mouth and then drops a piece of food in his mouth while bending over to spit in a trashcan, what a professional!
Seeing Charlie himself complain in utter awe on how Cutter was still on Masterchef brings me and my mom who have wholeheartedly agreed while watching the show to tears.
Fun fact, just being raised in Italy gives you a huuuuuge advantage in judging food cause we don't eat shit over here like you guys do in America hahahaha
@@omnical6135 The guy owns wineyards and wineries in italy. He probably scratches the side of his Lamborghini with his golden Rolex. Can you see him NOT having "entrepreneur" in his Instagram bio?
Difference between men like Gordon and men like Joe is that the former wants you to improve even if it means being harsh; the latter wants to just berate you to make themselves feel more important. Just straight posturing with no actual intent to be "constructive".
@@WadeAlma that's what I hate the most about the logo, is that they probably perceived it as ultimate ass kissing when in reality, I bet you he picked the MasterChef logo just because it was something that's easy to lay down and design. A simple 1 stroke movement.
"Do you know who that guy is?" "He's the Trash Man" "Did he even try it?" "Nope, you're catching on to his secret" The interaction between these two is gold xD
Going off of only what I know about Gordon, I'd actually say he's far more likely to be on the lawful or neutral scale instead of chaotic! He seems to have a personal code and laws and standards he follows and holds himself to, with very few exceptions to it He may be harsh, but he has good intentions, making him most likely Neutral Good or Lawful Good Just because you're LG doesn't mean you're nice, and you can occasionally deviate from your alignment without it changing
Gordon is like a high school coach thats really rough but puts you in good shape and is kind of like your best friend, and Joe's the high school bully that hits you with a car
Gordon: "This dish is terrible because it is raw" Graham: "This dish isnt good. You can do better than this." Joe: "You are a disappointment to your friends and family"
It broke my heart seeing that guys dessert with the masterchef logo being insulted. It was like a little kid showing something he made to his parents and instead of being impressed they just throw it away😭.

Joe's story: Joe had a rich mommy who actually had an enjoyable cooking show on PBS. She bought lil' Joey a couple of restaurants to sell her food and now thinks he's a chef.
@@AfrikanMonkey he is really good at cooking, that's why he's in the show. Also this compilation is about the worst food, so everyone isn't going to look like a helpful judge.
To be entirely fair, garlic bread isn't a thing in Italy, so, if you're going for "authentic Italian cuisine" it's quite normal not to serve it. Of course, Joe knows fuck all about cooking and "authenticity" - over here in Italy he did a sponsorship deal with McDonalds, for crying it out loud. So maybe he didn't add the garlic bread you Americans love so much to the menu because he is a spiteful little goblin.

What's worse is if Gordon says he likes the food then so does Joe, he'll never say he dislikes it if Gordon says he likes the food. Joe's opinion doesn't matter since he can't think for himself correctly, and when he does he acts like a dick
@@Epic-hs7kl u clearly haven't seen the show, also if they are master's and one person doesn't like something because it's bad or overcooked, then wouldn't that be an obvious thing they all see and agree on because they all know what they're talking about. Think about it and don't blindly type.

Gordon is like the alarm clock, waking you up in the morning. He's harsh, but necessary to progress further. Joe is like a hammer to the head, knocking you unconscious. He's just so unnecessarily harsh in places where the dish probably isn't that bad just to prove how harsh of a critic he is, yet ironically forgetting the whole criticism part of it. Graham's pretty cool though, he seems like that uncle that teaches you how to fish and stuff.
