2 whole eggs
2 cups canola, veggie, or sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp crushed ice
3 tbsp distilled vinegar
salt to taste
Kewpie Mayo:
4-5 egg yolks
2 cups canola, veggie, or sunflower oil
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp Dashi (or 1 tbsp Dashi powder)
3-4 tbsp crushed ice
salt to taste
